I'm starting to plan my first cycle. i still need to research!!
I'm prob going to do this...
week 1-4 2omg Danabol (do i take it all at once or throughout the day?)
week 1-12 500 mg test cypionate
anti-e's-
arimidex .25 ed 2 weeks before the start of the cycle then .5 ed for weeks 1-12?
I havent planned out pct but it will probably consist of clomid of nolvedex. If anyone knows a legit clomid source can you let me know plz via private meessage? Also, what kind of needle do you use for cypionate? and is it possible to get gyno during the two weeks off before pct and while on pct? does anyone use anti e's while on pct?
this cycle might change a bit.

you sound alittle confused.the search button is your friend.first,dont start cycle untill you have pct in hand .take d-bol thru out the day.start a-dex with the d-bol,no need to start 2 weeks b4.23-25g needle would do it.you use serms during pct, ai while on cycle.

thanks for the replies. I wouldnt say i'm confused.I'm rather careless when i post things on this board. Not intending to have my expertese on the subject judged. I'm not going to start my cycle until winter. I have been researching alot and have learned a lot but still need to research a bit. I wouldnt start until before i had all my pct. My goal is to buildmore muscle mass. I heard test is the best for your first cycle and i'm hoping to keep some of the gains. My diet is a bulking diet. I eat lots of turkey,chicken, protein shakes and bars, whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes...etc. Training is good. I just feel i need to beat some plateaus too.

I'm 24 yrs old. Mildly lean but can still gain weight pretty easy.
Weight: 170lbs
Height: 5"10
training: mon: chest, tris, shoulders
Tues: back, bi's, abs
Wed: lower body
thur: OFF
fri: same as mon
sat: same as tuesday
I'm anal about form and i feel confident my form is correct on all exercises.
Exp: more than a year
diet: Clean food (bulking type) probably eat about 3,000+ calories a day.

i edited the post just now. Abs are barly visible. I have been slacking on abs the past couple of weeks. Need to change that tho

routine and diet are terrible. your not eating enough. you are over training and dont rest enough. use the search button on here and you will learn a lot.
If I give you the benefit of the doubt, and give you 12.5% bodyfat....
...so 170lbs @12.5% = 149lbs of LBM
That's a pretty underdeveloped guy at 5'10". Your LBM should be closer to 185lbs by good diet and good training natural. You've got some work to do.

i think my diet could be better. My routine isnt always just like that. When i'm sore from training i take up to three days rest. If your not really sore after 24-48hrs why would it be bad to train. What do u purpose for training my friend!
I'm telling you i knw hitting back and chest one day a week is not enough.
what to help me out if u know so much? i've talked to trainers at the gym and they seem to think what i'm doing is ok. When my body needs rest i listen to it. I only go train if i feel 100%

ur prob right. i fix it.I donr look under developed so that my be off. I look pretty good naturally. i'll post some pics sometime. i swear i think i'm topping out at my max weight naturally. Before i stated lifting i weighed 148lbs and used to run 6 miles a day. I started lifting weights and stopped running and began eating much more and gained alot over a year.
i feel like my genetics limit me to getting close to 200lb. i dont think i could get to your weight naturally but i could prob get to 180. I feel if i eat any more i will get a spare tire:(

your above statement is why your not growing.
145lbm and you and your trainers think your doing good?? i respectfully disagree.
to answer your question.. well it would take too long.. so, research the following using the search button; central nervous system, training splits, over training, training routines, recovery time, growth factors, diet, etc.

you just need to learn how to eat and train properly.

Lose the abs, get the spare tire, put on some real muscle, then do some cutting. Listen to lola and ojs.

ok, thanks. how about this. I bump my calorie intake to 4000.
Training:
Monday: Chest shoulders
Tues: Back,
Wed: Legs
Thur: off
Fri:bi's and tri's
Sat + Sun : Off
would this be more reasonable?

I get 4000 calories a day from my four servings of cyto gainer alone... not to mention my 16 egg breakfast with toast, my mid day snack of wendys chilli (hmmm) lunch being a subway footlong double meat and some dried fish, dinner i usualy eat about 2-3 pounds of fresh yellow fin tuna (dads a fisherman)
not to mention im grinding protein bars and downing the cytogainer all day.. how much protein are you getting?

damm!! thats a lot. I usually consume about 160-170 gms of protein. I usually get Subway foot long chicken breast. shits good.

you need to eat at least 2g protein per lb... and protein isnt everything, ive read in a few books that it should be
50-60% protein, 30-40% fats, and ~9% carbs ~1% other (salts and such)
i HIGHLY recommend you start eating more, see where those gains get you, then considder the juice once you have diet down.
