hard sore muscle after injection

Hi on sunday which was 4 days ago I did a 1 ml shot on my right deltoid muscle of testeron-C depot from a 10ml vial I purchased, now my muscle is very hard and hurts like hell almost cant move, I washed my hands and cleaned surface of skin with alcohol and used new needles 23g, is this normal? Ive never experienced this before with other testosterone cypionate products, is there anything I can take? I entered the needle all the way in and asparated it so I know I wasnt hitting a vein, this ever happen to anyone?

PS: its not red so dont think its infected.

What length needle did you use? How fast did you inject?

I used 23g needle 1 inch long I went in very slow for a couple of lines then went in kind of fast with the rest like I normally have done with other products in the past. at worst have had a little pain for 2 days.

For me, a 23ga is over kill for delts. I use 25ga 5/8. Sometimes its just a crap shoot my friend, you use 1 product and have no issues, then one pin is all messed up. i hate the really knotted up muscle ones, try a hot towel or soak to help move the oils. Ibuprofen always helps me as well.
