Estrogen Problems

Whats the best thing to take to get rid of small knots in the breast tissue after i have been on a big cycle? From my understanding this is estrogen buildup. How do i get rid of it before starting another cycle?

its pretty hard to get rid of them ounce their there, you just need to make sure they dont get bigger

no worries mate i had "bresticles" for a while but they went away around 3 months post cycle. run a/dex for a couple weeks, that helped me big time

I also have some bresticle buildup from a cycle about a year ago. What is A/dex and is there anything else that might help?

Nolvadex worked for me. Just run 40-60mg/day till it's gone. Next time you go on cycle run arimidex .25-.50mg/day from the beginning and you won't have that problem. I learned this the hard way, once you've got the lumps though, from what I've read, nolvadex and one other drug (not adex) are the only way to get rid of them. I'm still on my first cycle, so I'm just regurgitating knowledge I've read elsewhere on this board, but I did have a similar problem a few weeks into this cycle and nolvadex helped it.
