Opinions needed..

I'm currently abt 200lbs with 13%bf.. Been doin gear for a few years now.. Been competing for 2 years but want to take a back sit for now..

I'll be doin a cycle as follows:

Weeks 1-6
Tren Ace 75mg EOD
Test Prop 100mg EOD
Winny Tabs 50mg ED
Femara 2.5mg EOD

Weeks 1-3 (is this necessary?)
Dbol 40mg ED

PCT
Week 6-10
As recommended by Alin (Nolva & Comid)

I'll be doing a 6 week cycle..
How long should I stay clean b4 the next cycle?? I'll a couple more of this cycle depending on what I get out of this cycle..
What should I expect from a cycle like this??

I'm expecting to be in somewhat contest shape as I prefer that look rather then the bulked up look.. I not into being a mass monster.. I'm hoping to stay ard the same weight with a much more muscular look...

Dont expect to much from that cycle as far as gains you are going to keep. It simply isn't long enough in my opinion. The dangers in that cycle outweigh the gains you will maintain after you end your cycle. I look at 8 weeks being a minimum. Keep your Tren around 228 a week which is normal dose 76mg/cc in which you would shot EOD. For the D-Bol, stay away from it in this cycle, it doesn't make as much sense as it does in others. Your going to have a kick right off the bat anyway because of the Tren & Prop short ester. I would personally up your Prop to 150 EOD. Keep your winny tabs for the last 3-4 weeks only because it is very toxic to the liver, and I found if you take it too long your joints will hate you in the morning. As far as your PCT goes, yes, you have it down for this cycle correct. But anything with a longer esterr, like say TestE and TrenE, you want to start your PCT 2 weeks after your last shot to allow the esters to diminish. Good luck brother.

You're better off bumping up your test.
Dianabol is more of a mass gainer and it will bloat you. Not to mention at 40mgs a day with all that other stuff... That would be harsh on the liver bro.

I like to do 10-12 week cycles... But I'd suggest atleast go 8 weeks.

The dbol isn't necessary especially if you're taking winny tabs the whole time. Honestly, I think you would be very happy with that cycle. You might want to take 300-400mg of vitamin b6 throughout the cycle, it will help against the tren sides.

It's not just the winny-joint you have to worry about. Thats easy to fix. Keep in mind your liver is gonna be screamin.

Synthergine (the best from Synthetek), Liv52, or Milk Thistle at least if you are going to take it for 6 weeks or more.

The rest of the cycle looks good. But keep the winny for the last weeks of the cyle it will also help with the recovery because of it's anti-e abilities. Good luck brother.
