while i'm dieting and training in the off season, i work out like a mad man and it seems to work for me, but i am going to start my first cycle and i wanted to know if it was too much.
my cycle is; week 1-8 sustanon 500mg/week
week 4-8 winny 50mg/day
nolva/clomid after
stats; 6ft./190lbs/bf=?/goal is to bulk up, but try and stay lean
my New workout is;
Mon-Chest
Tues-Back/Shoulder
Wed-Bi's/Tri's
Thurs-Superset Chest
Fri-Off
Sat-Legs
Sun-Superset Bi's/Tri's
wondering you guys routines and thoughts.
