Ok these are my problems I have.

1,mixing 1 5000 iu with the solvent 1ml would give me 500iu per shot at 10u
2,A insulin dart u100 1cc or 30u. I want it to be on 10u on the dart ?
3 I was told to hit 3" away fron naval ? Is this correct.

If you are mixing 5000iu with 1 ml, that will give you 500IU per .1ml, the solvent it comes with does not last very long, you need to get some bacteriostatic water - it will last at least a month if you mix it with that.

IM works as well, you can mix it with your oils too.
