I just need a heads up on BP Winne tabs. I am currebtly taking five a day split into two doses or 50mg. I am not rally seeing what I had expected anyone have any ideas or input with tere experience.:confused:

I just finished a cycle with BP Winstrol in it. Those are some potent little tabs. I don't know what you are trying to achieve with your current cycle, you should post your full cycle and stats. You might get better responses to what you should be expecting.

he most likely has the 10mg tabs, or else his liver will be dead in a week. if you are thinking they were gonna make you get all cut up, then you are mistaken. they are classified as a cutting steroid because they don't make your body retain water and such. best taken when you have a base of test-e because it binds to that and makes them more potent. just taking them alone your not going to notice much of a change.

I'd love to give the Blue Hearts a run - but I hate to order more DBOL while sitting on a ton of the 50's from BP. But I don't plan on running any of them - they just didn't live up to my expectations. PM me if you know where I can get the Blue Hearts without a huge min order.

dbol for 2 weeks? should be run 4-6.
1g of sust a week is way high.
sust must be injected at least twice a week.

With over 270lbs of LBM it does change how crazy your posted dosage looks. Three things, ...
1. I'd take the DBol for 4 weeks.
2. I'd divide the 1000mg Sus into 2 shots per week. Maybe even 3.
3. I'm not clear on the Winny dosage you posted. And is it 3 weeks?

I am on the winne and sus for another two weeks 1000mg sus was 1x week now will try 2x week 500 each load. And the winnen 50mg day two times x25mg day for the next three weeks. I appreciate the input. Plus I get the prop kick I love twice a week instead of once. I will give the heads up at the end and in three months will definatley do the dbol for three weeks on to start another journey to being a freak of nature.

The Tbol and Var are good. My boyfriend has used them time and time again and his strength always shoots up and he hardens up nicely. At the moment he is kickstarting (I think the term is right) his Sustenon/Boldenone cycle with the Tbol and after 8 days at 50mg Tbol you can already notice the gains and his strength has skyrocketed.
BP is legit but the Clomid has had bad reviews over and over again.

If it comes back not in my favor I will buy everyone a beer, but if it in my favor a little justification is in line. I do like the brutal honesty about this crowd. most cameras have a countdown timer, too. just thumb through ur menu (if it's a digital) and look for the icon that looks like a clock reading ~2 pmish. Usually it gives ya 5-10 secs to set down the camera, make a pretty face, then wait for the flash.

I had my BF taken today at the gym welllllllllll just call me fatty. I am 24% so it doesnt matter any measurement I have since its all coverd in fat. So I am buying a keg of beer with the hopes of an apology to everyone t ohelp smooth this over and get a new start. I guess what I am needing is some serious cardio I do weigh 329 to 332. So the math now changes. I am looking at about 82 or so pds of fat (anyone in need of some I have plenty to give). And the current cycle I am on is being ended. I need do get rid of the bf but keep what little muscle that is under there. I am giving a picture of my back so this will be the start of a cutting cycle that is giong to take a long time. If I have anyone still interested in helping out please I need to lose the weight. I see a group of guys that hwve the muscle and are lean. so any help will be appreciated. And for a little saving of face if you can get past the fat body my arms ar big either that or I have a small head compare. Like I said the numbers dont matter if your coverd in marshmellow. Sorry again but I do need the help.

No problem. Hit the cardio hard and clean up that diet. Stay away from the gear for a while, you don't want to grow bitch tits:) Put in some serious work for 6 months and re-evaluate your needs. Any help you may need in either dept. you will probably get now. Just ask.

If your determined to get lean,and you set your mind to it you will get their.Cardio at least 4 days a week.cut out the fatty foods.if you need a bit of help you could try clen and T3.less carbs more protein.get your diet right.

At 24% bodyfat this is what you look like:
330lbs = 79lbs fat + 251lbs of LBM
At 12% bodyfat:
285lbs = 34lbs fat + 251lbs of LBM
Weight loss Goal:
330lbs - 285lbs = 45lbs you need to lose before you start your cycle
AAS:
You're still a big guy. You've got plenty of LBM for the AAS to do it's job. But you really should to get below 15% before you start to avoid the estrogen related issues.
Diet:
Your biggest enemy is not fat. It's processed food. Start eating real whole food and avoid too much starch or fat and all processed foods. Avoid all sugars except immediately post workout. You need about 250g of protein and 125g of good fats as your base diet while you're cutting. Preferably most of the fats in EFA's. This ratio keeps the muscle fed nicely. The rest of what you eat is just filler to make your calorie requirements. Try to eat a lot of high fiber veggies. And get used to brown rice or baked yams and oatmeal for your starches. Whole eggs are your friend. The fat will start melting off.
Cardio:
You want to make sure you keep your muscle. So start with easy cardio 4-5 times per week. If you have access to a treadmill run it at 2.0 mph at an incline of 14. Make sure you can keep a conversation going without losing your breath the entire time. If you start getting winded stop and record the time. If you don't get winded and you made it to 20 minutes, speed it up to 2.1 mph next session. Do this for a week and post the results.

OJS has an awesome take on cardio. Personally, i don't do any running in general as my flat-footed condition puts too much stress on the medial tendons of my lower legs (according to my podiatrist). I always did light cardio on the elliptical 4 or 5 times per week, preferrably after waking up in the morning, with 1 scoop of whey protein mixed in water only (to keep my body from burning up muscle). i pretty much did the ((220-age)x.65) equation, which came out to 130 bpm's for me. I basically used this as a minimum, and gave myself a 15 bpm range to keep my heart rate at. So while doing my 30-45 minutes of cardio (depending on how energetic i felt) my heart rate averaged 130-145 bpm's. If it got too high, i quit running so hard, and it usually took about 10 or so minutes of exercising to get it to around 130 bpm's. I'd always sweat like a hooker in church but never felt winded when the session was over. I began at 15 minutes per session for the first week or two, then upped it to 20, then 25, and so on. Between February and May I dropped 25 pounds. Just grab ur ipod and your favorite tunes, and when you skin starts tingling, you're doing it right :)
and for my diet, well OJS has pretty much has it all summarized :)

I don't run either - I just walk at a moderate speed without getting winded and do some elliptical for 20 minutes each. That by itself seems to melt the fat off. T3, Clen and Var are a nice addition though and I often run that too to help speed up the process and keep more muscle. Some add Test Prop but I do well with the Var.

I am doing the cardio thing starting today. I have a polar setup so I am going to do about 15 min at about 135 bpm and try to hit 30 min eod. The diet is antoher task to clean up thanks for the input. I am over trying to prove my stats. I have posted the pictures believe what you want. see the new pictures in a month.

LOL 17% BF.... It sounded like you had alot of experience when u first posted. U should have known better then to accept 17% for truth. Anyway good news is you got checked and looks like you are on the right path. Just walking will help alot if you are coming from no cardio at all. I would take it easy on the knees till you lighten up some. ANyway good luck and keep it posted!
