Lump behind my nipple

Hey everyone,
Im kinda freaking out here a bit... last night i felt a lump behind my right nipple. Im sure theres plenty of threads on gyno here, but the thing is, my nips werent even sore and it didnt seem to bother me( as in i didnt know it was there) before i actually felt it with my hand. Now both of them are pretty sore, but i dont know if thats from me fucking with them so much.

My bf went up a bit since i started this one( just 500 test e ew), so i do have some fat on my pecs... but the other one is just fine, no lumps there...
as i said its kinda sore now, but i thought it would hurt pretty bad by the time you get a lump going on... i dont know what to think

I took 20 mg of nolva(balkan :(( and 0.25 adex last night and same this morning
i also have research chems i was saving for pct(nolva and clomid), so just those 3 - nolva, clomid and adex.

Would nolva with adex fix this? any opinions? thanks

just run the adex, no reason for the others...if its gyno .25mg/.5 mg ED/EOD would be fine.

well today i can definately feel some pain in my nipple, and theres definately a lump there... this sucks :((
im afraid if i only stick to adex, it will get worse by the time it kicks in...

Use the nolva 2x a day until symptoms subside then go back to your maintenance. Always make sure to have plenty SERM's or A.I.'s available during a cycle so you don't have to wait to get started. This inc. PCT stuff. If using Tren or Deca, not a bad idea to have Caber or Bromo on hand as well (prolactin inhibitors) i have unilateral gyno and it sux. the reason it got as bad as it did was because I wasn't prepared. Just my 2 cents.....

how should i dose nolva? so far i took 20 mg last night, 10 this morning and 20 at around noon.

Yes, nolva and adex will fix this. I have a marble under each nipple from that damn tren ace, I never knew they were there until I was just rubbing my chest one night and felt it then I noticed they were under both nipples.

if it hasn't already been said, schedule an appointment with ur doc. I had the same prob, and my doc knows i juice from time to time. Ironically, he suggested it probably wasn't gyno for me. I actually have a nasty habit of tuggin on my nips n pinching em (i know... weird.. i wish i was a nail-biter instead) and i apparently bursted something. It got all swollen and puffy, swelled up to the size of a grape right behind my right nip. then went down after about a month or so. More than just juice can cause that, but a-dex n nolva aren't gonna hurt ya. None of us here are doctors tho, and even if we were, we can't very well diagnose ur symptoms via text. Based on my own experiences and your habit of messin with em, i'd also recommend ya stop fuckin wit ur nips lol.

lol, i dont usually fuck with them and the thing is its neither swollen, nor tender, itchy or whatever... my chest looks normal and actually if i didnt touch, i prolly wouldve never known it was there... its just that after i found it i started checking it like very 5 min :D

what do you mean by unilateral gyno?

One side. My gyno only presents on my right side. A disc about the size of a silver dollar. I can see it all the time though most people say they don't notice it. I took 3 doses of nolva a day (can't remember the Mg, was from Alin) then, for me, once the pain and tenderness stopped, went to 1 tab a day for the rest of the cycle. Gets much more complicated when Deca or Tren is involved. And no, we are not Doctors, but we can give you our own personal experience regarding particular issues associated with AAS usage. Well HOPEFULLY only from our own personal experience........:D
You have to determine what works best for you........

so its supposed to stay until i come off... is it gonna feel any different while im still on, so i know the nolva and adex are working/kicked in?

Well that motherfucker has gotten bigger so i would really like some advice here.
i just ended my cycle(last pin was tuesday) and its really big, nothing like it was before, event though i was on nolva and adex like lola said.
im also running hcg right now( have two shots left). So far ive just bumped my nolva to 50 mg( yesterday)

Should i get some letro? and how should i run it? any advice is welcome, since im really depressed because of this right now. thank you

damn wish i saw this thread when it came out:( could have saved you this trouble. since its been there a while you may be stuck with it. hopefully it will shrink. letro 2.5mg ed after a week you can drop nolva because you'll have 0 estrogen in your body. take the full 2.5mg ed dose of letro until it shrinks. like i said it may not since its been there a while. if it disappears or stops improving start to taper the letro down.

You should have ordered letro the second you realized it was gyno. If the meds are working it will a. stop growing b. not be sensitive anymore c. stop itching.

Mine only itch when the gyno is actually growing. They stay sore until significant amounts of estrogen are no longer binding to my breast tissue though.

At this point you can do the meathead i know whats best for me thing, and order letro and hope for the best. Or you can do the smart more sure fire thing and go see a doc. I'd order letro anyways, it's good to have on hand, and if the physician won't give you a script and sends you to an endo, it could be two weeks + before you can get an appointment so you could take the letro until then.

Remember letro has a bad rebound effect. So taper down off of it slowly, search around theres several threads on how to dose it and taper it.

Agreed, Running an AI with a SERM is counter productive. The SERM is a weak estrogen and will reduce the effects of your AI.

Letro will stop and reverse most cases of gyno is would have to suggest that.

Stay on the full dose till your gyno is gone bro, then taper off it very slowly to account for the rebound, it may reappear bc of the rebound. there are a few good threads and stickys and doin that. Just be forewarned though if your using the full dose of Letro and not on AAS your sex drive will be 0.

hcg will create more estrogen so its counterproductive. cant say how long it will take. you'll find out for youself soon enough... i can relate. i was a mess when i started getting symptoms. i had crazy anxiety from it. it was all i thought about. exemestane and nolva didnt work. i had to use letro. 4 or 5 days of letro and it was gone. i just had puffiness and soreness, it sounds like you have full blown mammary tissue growth so i would imagine it will take some time to shrink it, if its possible. 2.5mg letro is a lot and you may feel like shit but its your only hope so stick it out. the letro should do the trick. good luck.
edit: i would 1/2 the dose every week until i was at .25mg ed then go to eod then e3d then start nolva. research. there must be a taper protocol somewhere
