I am already on edge enough so please try to with hold the wiseass remarks about my lack of knowledge. I am on my first cycle 500 Sust,50mg winny last 7 weeks EOD, HGH 5 on 2 off. Three weekls in and I am about to cycle off because my nips are f**kin sore as hell and like bullets all the time. I expected that taking arimidex eod would do the trick....it is helping a little but I dont want to screw this up gyno wise. Any suggestions. I don't think I can wait for the mail though. I like my body too much. Maybe I needed more Arimidex because I only planned EOD after my third Sust inj. Maybe I am over reactind and this will go away but I need to make sure. I am having awesome results and really dont want to start over but I will. Trying to be smart and get more info. :Help

Arimidex is the weakest of the aromatase inhibitors.

I would take dex ED if you're still having issues.

Also, some tamoxifen can help by blocking the ER's in your breast tissue. 10-20mg ED.

Letro will be the most powerful AI you can use, it will inhibit 98+% of estrogen using a dose as low as .25mg and even lower.

Letrozole is by far the strongest aromatase inhibitor.

It's actually so strong, that it can cause estrogen levels to become too low, so be careful.

I would say to use 1mg EOD, which is about the size of half a tablet will more than suffice.


Personally, although you know Alin's shit is legitimate, I prefer liquid letrozole simply because it allows for easier and smaller measurement. I'll try to post up some instructions on how to make liquid letro from tablets later.

Liquid research chems (some) are good, easy to get and quick shipping. Proviron also blocks estrogen, I have never gotten sensitive nipples while using proviron with other AAS. Aromasin is also good, as is good old Nolva. PM some guys to find a reputable research chem company, as not all are legite.

start taking nolva ED at 10mg...if it isnt helping you could up to 20...order letro from a research company and stay on the nolva until your taking letro for a little while...and have the letro next day aired bro you dont want to fuck around with gyno you know

If your nips are that sore and you're already taking Adex 1mg ED then I'd worry. You can't keep that dosage up for your full cycle. Your going to fuck up your lipid profile pretty quick at that dosage. .5mg ED is alot already. You should have started .25mg Adex ED or .5mg Adex EOD with your first shot.

Do some searches. Try looking for No-Go's thread on gyno. And the CountVascular's thread on gyno. I wouldn't let this go too much longer. If you have to back off the cycle it's OK. These unexpected complications are why one should only use one compound in a first cycle.

If your nips are that sore and you're already taking Adex 1mg ED then I'd worry. You can't keep that dosage up for your full cycle. Your going to fuck up your lipid profile pretty quick at that dosage. .5mg ED is alot already. You should have started .25mg Adex ED or .5mg Adex EOD with your first shot.

I think I got a little panicky. My nips are much better today no soreness really or sensitivity. I took dex 3 days in a row and feel fine again. You're right about F**kin sore compared to sensitive. Maybe it got affected by shirt friction in the gym. Like I said its my first time and I panicked. But I guess I would recategorize my feeling as very sensitive. But like I said no real sensation today and definately no tissue problems. I guess I'll go back to every other day like you suggested. My guy got back to me this A.M. and said the same thing about ED being alot. Thanks alot ojs
