post therapy

I am just coming off a 10 week cutting cycle of masteron and equpoise and need some help with post therapy. how much and what would be best to use and for how long ? I have everything from clomid, nolvedex. hcg, ect. I know what ot use for bulking cycles ,i just need some advise on this cutting cycle. thanks

The green light means that someone is online currently. You say you have HCG, HCG should be used during the cycle, never during PCT! I follow Swale's PCT which to summarize, is HCG in small dosages (250IU - 500IU) twice a week during cycle, along with adex taken throughout cycle(not really PCT I know, but it's a must), and nolva for PCT. 40mg of nolva ED for week 1, then 20 mg ED for 3 more weeks. I prefer nolva for PCT over clomid.
