i've always known for lay off times after a cycle of testosterone (to take a break) is 6 weeks minimum. my question is for anadrol, how long of a break is needed before starting a new cycle of any type of steroid? 2,3,4,5,6 weeks? since its so fast acting, it should be out of my system faster. 6 weeks for the muscle cell receptors to heal up or clean out, thats with injectables. once again my question is for anadrol & how many weeks lay off time.

im on it now & will be for 30 days total at most. after my last shot of iranian 333's i will be taking anadrol for 17 more days. thats 2 1/2 weeks after the last shot. see i waited 2 weeks into shooting till i took the first anadrol, so they will somewhat blend together. my cycle consist of 2 amps iranian 333's every third day, for the first 10 days 1 anadrol a day, the last 20 days 2 anadrol a day (50 anadrol) & (20 amps iranian 333's). about a month & a half total (6 weeks).

Anadrol is heavy hard on your system, but I agree w/Alin. Time on = Time off. Adrol doesn't linger long in your system so your receptor's clean out pretty quick. So you can take the same time off as you do on .

Time ON=Time OFF
Thats the best rule to live by, time on cycle, you should have at least teh same amount of time off before you even think about going back on.... off cycle means after PCT and all

Good to hear that "Time ON = Time OFF". That is what I have been doing.

time on doesn't have to equal time off. The best way to tell when you are ready is when you get a erfect bloodtest. If you not willing to pay for one, use 't = t'. You can include PCT in that time or not; 8 weeks after a 12 week cycle and 4 weeks PCT would be long enough.
Actually, the point of PCT is to restore hormonal homeostasis, so if you are 'fixed' from PCT, you should be ready to start another cycle

It depends on what you are on!
