I trained at my local World Gym for tha last 4 years, but just recently changed to Bally's. I find that with all the locations they have, i can get a workout in no matter where i am or what comes up. Some of the new Bally's Fitness Centers actually have all the same equipment that World Gym offered.

I lift at Aspen fitness centers. They regularly replace equipment with brand new stuff, and they have absolutely nothing but hammer strength equipment. I pay a premium to go there, but they have everything, open 7 days a week, best equipment money can buy, and they have a hardcore fitness attitude.

Mainly at 24hr Fitness, but their dumbbells only go up to 115 lbs.

I need to find a place with heavier dumbbells, any suggestions?

I go to one of the newer ones and I think they have the 125's.

I am 25 around 215-220 lb(maybe more now that I am on the newbie gold). I used to lift in high school and play soccer. So I did too much runninig to ever lift very heavy. Shit, with soccer liffting total upper 4-5 days a week and a what ever diet, I could barely put up 190lb.(on bench) while I weighed 170lb. Once done with soccer, it has been hard to lift heavy while trying to keep showing the abs. Anyways, this is my first real cycle(first being just anavar/clen/T3). Strength is already incresasing 2 and 1/2 weeks in.

The Plex Fitness Center. It is close to a smalll hardcore gym around here. the only down fall is that it is really popular so it is packed a lot of the time and have to know when to get up there. i used to work there, so i kinda know the good times and bad.

since we are on the subject, when i am done with school, i plan on opening a gym!

Some days I feel I should work out at Curves...I am in a small rural town but the gym has pretty well everything (dumbells only to 130 lbs) Including some new Atlantis machines. Nice thing is, because it's a small town and we all know each other everyone has a key and full run of the gym at anytime. Besides it's 1/2 a block from my house (No, I don't drive to the gym)

I hit Gold's up, they got a nice new facility. Plus it is on the way home from work,so it's kinda convient. Only problem is it's usually busy!!

I am forunate! Over an 11 year period (while Olylmpic Lifting) I amassed quite a nice home gym. Recently since recovering from a nasty car related injury "blood clot" I have had the strong desire to be in a gym. So I found a local Worlds Gym, dungeon like and DB's running up to 150's....
So I do both now. When my sorry arse doesn't get up early enough my 16 x 20 garage gym works out fine....
