helping my friend repair

I sure could use some suggestions as to what to give a friend of mine to help repair major damage to his shoulder. He has fairly extensive damage to the ac joint and surounding tissue.

Go to alins site, look under injectables, read up on Aflutop... its resonably new but I had a friend that had bad hip problems and it healed him up... I was actually looking into it for my shoulder and one of my wrist...

Just went to Alin shop and checked out Aflutop. About to start a Winstrol cycle and thought it might help with the joint pain. Any idea on dosage?? :confused:

He should see a doctor and have shoulder repaired if needed. Now when he begins therapy after surgery,,, we can definitely come up with some suggestions to help him recover faster and stronger.
