is saw palmetto good or bad when cycling?

I have done some research that saw palmetto blocks estrogen and keeps test from converting to dht. Is it good to take on a cycle.

I dont know if that calim with regards to estrogen is true, but Saw Palmetto is a proven prostate protector, and thus a very good idea to take while on cycle to guard against prostate enlargment.

you may experience gyno while using saw palmetto. it stops the conversion of test to dht. it should save your hair and prostate but some people will suffer estro problems. dht does function as an ai and increase the androgen:estrogen ratio

I really don't think it will affect the results of your cycle. You should still make good gains, and you'll be protecting your prostate.
