never heard of it but just saw that its a OTC product. i wouldnt take any store bought "anti estrogen" or "testosterone booster" most are gimmicks and those that are real are no where near the strength of Rx. why not just get arimidex or proviron etc?

Has any one used Chrysin 500mg on their cycle as an estrogen blocker/aromatase inhibitor. How does it compare to arimadexIt doesn't compare. There is no Chrysin peer-to-peer reviewed research that show it as an effective aromatase inhibitor in humans. It has only been shown to have an effect in a test tube. And all that shows is that it is worth looking into to see if science can find a useful form that would work for humans.
Arimadex works. And there are plenty of peer-to-peer research projects using humans to prove it.

stick with the AI's like ARIMIDEX or LETROZOLE
CHRYSIN only showed positive use on MASSIVE daily doses.
