I'm curious to know everyones opinion on this, its been discussed in my gym a lot. And I'm no expert on this sense I don't use either one.
The thyroid gland produces 80% T4, and 20% T3. Wouldn't it be wise to take both T3 and T4 during the cycle, instead of just T3? Wouldn't you want to keep that 80/20 ratio as close as possible. Because if your T3 raises and your T4 stays the same, wouldn't the brain sense that your T4 is lacking, and therefore produce TSH, or thyroid stimulating hormones to raise your T4 level?
