10 mg of Nolva ED seems to keep the bloat away for me.

RUNNING some arimidex along with your testosterone will help keep water retention and bloat to a minimum.

Prop doesn't make me bloat, but follow what Alin said and run some .5mg Arimidex and you will be fine.
