So i usually take a full week off from lifting every 3 months or so, i really notice a difference and have a renewed drive to hit the gym. I know alot of people have protocols like this but.... when your on cycle do you guys ever take a week off? I am at the end of my cycle and also at the point where I usually break, but I feel like i should be working extra hard through pct etc to keep gains. What do you think?

You never stop cycle unless you have to!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah think your right lol! :D:D:D My bad!!! sometimes a break is needed weather it be on or off cycle take it!!! Your mind has to be in it or else you will just end up wasting your time!

ya the weights.... its hard to take a week off when your gaining so good, then PCT comes and you have to work hard to save gains. Just wanted to know if people take a break in there somewhere or wait till natural levels return

im currently taking a few days off...only 4 but with so much stress at work my drive is down and now after a few days out of the weight room im actually really pumped to go tomorrow...so i dont see any problem with this at all

I take 7-9 days off after every 6 weeks of training to neutralize my body. I also gain a lot of strength and endurance from the rest. Take the break, it's good for ya buddy.

I take a break off cycle every 2 months for about a week, I just have to keep the diet correct or I feel like I'm gaining unwanted weight.

I will take a break for one week after im finished with pct. I would never take a break during pct as I think pct is crucial for keeping the gains you made.

BUMP! Every 10-12 weeks I have a rest. Never take a break during PCT as it will screw up your gains.

If your going through PCT,,,I agree,,,you should CONTINUE to hit it hard. take a break 4-6 weeks AFTER PCT is over.

I just go how my body feels. If I'm feeling great I won't even take a break but when I start feeling sluggish, worn out for 3 or more days in a row, it's time to take a break.
