I'd be interested in peoples opinions on PCT training.
I would've thought a decrease in frequency whilst trying to maintain "on" working weights as much as possible is a prerequisite.
With gear you have the ability to train & recover 5 days a week with high intensity. During PCT with your recovery ability comprimised would you train 3 days keeping training short & intense focusing on compound movements?
PCT seems to be where its at in regards to making or breaking "on" cycle gains, what do you think?
