I'd be interested in peoples opinions on PCT training.

I would've thought a decrease in frequency whilst trying to maintain "on" working weights as much as possible is a prerequisite.

With gear you have the ability to train & recover 5 days a week with high intensity. During PCT with your recovery ability comprimised would you train 3 days keeping training short & intense focusing on compound movements?

PCT seems to be where its at in regards to making or breaking "on" cycle gains, what do you think?

I try to maintain the same focus and intensity during PCT as when on cycle.

I try to be more dedicated and more intense to fight the initial shrink. I firmly believe that PCT is the most critical time and your ass should be sore as hell every day while on PCT.

I feel one of the most important parts of PCT training is to keep your calories HIGH if not higher than when on, your body wants to shut down and you have to battle with your body by using Clomid, nolva, etc.. At the very least you have to continue to eat like an animal. Clean of course though.

during PCT i eat tons of fast food for the calories. I also use insulin. I get a little fat, but it helps keep my gains like nothing els.e

I also find insulin to be very good pct, but insulin is amazing during cycle also.
