Nearly all orals are going to be hard on your liver due to the A-17 alkyloids. This alteration of the substance is what allows the steroid to pass through the liver with out becoming ineffective. However it also places stress on the liver. Normally individuals will limit use of orals to approx 5 weeks, will often take some type of liver protectant such as Liv 52, and will drink up to 2 gallons of water per day.
