sounds like a sub arachnoid hemorraege or maybe a cerebral anyarism.

In all seriousness why arent you seeking medical assistance, sounds potentiall dangerous to your health. :(

Tattered,
That & blood filled eyes are usually a sign of extremely high blood pressure for a given time. Your blood pressure may have come down now, but you should still go to a doctor ASAP and have yourself checked out. Take it from a man who had a mini stroke in the gym. NOT FUN. I don't know what pressure it takes for the ears, but for the eyes you have to reach over 200/120 blood pressure.

Good luck.

next time, go heavier. slap another pair of plates on there and make sure you eat 3 or 4 Big Macs w/fries before your workout. You could try washing these sandwiches down with a 2 liter of non-diet pepsi too.

This is good advice. I AM a doctor (not a MD) and I would say see one now. Had that popped a few inches to the left, you'd very likely be dead or worse right now.
