For a 10 week cycle of test cyp, of 500 mg weekly and this is a first cycle, for PCT, what i recommended? Nolvadex, Armidex, Clomid?

Or all... What dose?

Clomid and Nolv @ the end of the cycle, two weeks after your last injection... just follow the PCT from Alin's cycles on his site. If you want to run an anti-estrogen during I would run .25mg a-dex eod all the way up to PCT... I dont really get gyno so I dont run anything until PCT, but a-dex is the way to go on cycle

start clomid 1 week after your last shot
take nolvadex any time during or after the cycle, only if your nipples get sore or puffy

Hey guys, i have heard that sustanon keeps test leveles high for a month after the last injection, if this is true should i wait and take my PTC (clomid,nolvadex) until my test levels are leveling back to normal?

3 weeks is the rule of thumb I follow for longer acting AAS

i would start 1 week after last shot of sust, or other long esters, for short esters 3 days after last shot

im about to start my first cycle w/ 500 mg test a weekk for 12 weeks, and 40 mg day for 6 weeks. i bought nolvadex, and i am about to order some clomid as well. when do i begin the PCT drugs, and how much do i take a day, for how long. i was told to use the nolvadex throughout my cycle, but im not sure if thats good advice or not. can anyone help me out with this.

only take the nolvadex if your nipples get sore puffy
