hey guys i have a question how long it will take test E to kick in and i will see strenth and weight gains... i will run it at 12 weeks 500mgs.. should i expect pretty good gains?... also should i split the shots up like 250mg mon and 250mg thurs or go just once a week with 500mg?

Once a week. Beginning of 3rd week you should be full throttle.

i am wanting to jump start it with 4 weeks of d bol at 40mgs a day...do you think this will help me out even more or is it just a waste to do this?... im lookin to gain 10-15 lbs so do you guys think this will do the trick?

i would do 2 shots a week, enanthate does have long ester but 1 shot a week is pushing the limit IMO. i agree that 3rd week you will be a happy camper. yes you will get great gains. 4 weeks of 40mg dianabol is good. ive done 6 weeks of 40, didnt really need the last 2 because the test had kicked in but i loved the strength and size off of dbol. youll probably gain 15 lbs is first 4 weeks, although it will be pretty much all water. just remember to eat like a horse

3rd week? Everyone is different i guess. Test e can take aup too 6-7 weeks till one can visualize the effectiveness of the drugs impact on the physique.

Strength will come first then the body will adapt accordingly with enhanced size. Any bodyweight increase inititally is water and fluids which cotributes to strength.

I would frontload with d'bol 35mg first four weeks so as to see something happening in the short term.

Member to run a'dex 0.25mg ED to combat bloat, with nolva on hand in case of during cycle gyno symptoms.

so run arimidex everyday throughout the whole cycle or wut? and what should i use to bring my natural testosterone back to normal?

a'dex 0.25-0.5mg ED throughout cycle. 2 weeks after last test e shot i ran 40mg ED tamox citrate first 2 weeks PCT, then 20mg ED following 2 weeks. I also included creatine and glutamine and backed off on training frequency & intensity during PCT. Clen during PCT has its advantages as well, if you have access.

500mg per week for 12 weeks diddnt shut me down very much so i recovered natural test well with this PCT without HCG.

running arimidex is totally up to you, i never do, and especially only with 500mg, your not going to "blow up", even though it is test. larz on the contrary ive always heard to keep training frequency and intensity just as high/use heavy weights during pct. why at a time when your body is going though hormonal changes do you want to slack off? there is a good post by mick a while back about what to do during pct and he mentioned this (and the supplements)

PCT training is not a time to "slack off", rather to drop frequency and too maintain as best as you can your poundages used whilst on cycle.

If you were training 5 days a week while "on" i would drop frequency to 3 days a week, focusing on heavy compound movements only. Im no way recommendind slacking off, just being smart during a time when you obviously are not able to recover as well as you did while on.

Test E kicks in fast for me. I feel it about 2 weeks later, maybe less. The dbol and test e combo at 8 weeks should at least give you the 15 lbs. you are looking for. I have to say that Test E at 500mg per week should be divided into two times per week at 250mg. Just to keep a more constant flow in your body. Enjoy!

agreed, during pct it seems that overtraining is an easy possibility. and also dont forget to keep nutrition #1, keep that protein high.
