ok im goin for 12 week cycle of Test Enanthate and D bol

d bol ..weeks 1-4: 40mg ed
test e ..weeks 1-12:500 mg weekly ( 250mg on mon and 250 mg on thursday)

clomid and nolva on hand

stats: 6' 3" 200lbs ,low BF but im not sure what it is, 4,000-5,000cal daily, 100mg of protein daily, creatine as well, 10 hrs of sleep everynight, workout 5 times a week (diff muscle groups ED tho)

what do you guys think i would gain like pound wise off of this cycle(im hopin 10-15lbs but i dunno)? and should i split the d bol into 20 mg in morning, 10mg in afternoon, and 10mg at night or leave it at 40 mg every morning? also when should the test E kick in?

double the protein and yes split the dbol tabs up thru-out Vs taking all at once. I dont see any reason to split the enanthate up..If it were me Id take the 500mg once per week and save yourself a shot.

Good advice. You might even aim for 300g of protein per day.

I would also do the test all at once and split the d-bol up the course of the day,if your diet is right you should see 15 + pounds.

I took almost that same exact cycle last year with the Iranian Test. Mine was for 12 weeks. First 4 weeks took 40mg d-bol and 500 test pw, last 4 weeks took 50mg per day of winny with the test. End results were awsome. The only bad thing about D-bol is when you come off it. I lost just a little bit of strength when i first came off D-bol, but quickly gained it back. The winny at the end worked really well to solidify my gains. At the end of the cycle I gained 23 pounds.

I would run the dbol for at least 6 weeks, you wont even be getting feelin the test until week 3 anyways. Also I would try to take in at least 1.8grams of protien per pound of bodyweight... if your taking in 4000-5000 calories you should be able to easily take in 365-400grams of protien... also make you sure you get good fats (ie fish, olive oil, flaxseed oil) and good complex carbs (steel cut oats, wheat bread, sweetpotatoes)

I was about 195 pounds before i started this cycle and at the end of the cycle I was at 218 pounds. The majority of the weight I put on was in the first part when i was on the D-bol (D-bol makes me grow fast!!). I personally dont know anyone who used this cycle, although im sure many others have. The d-bol is awsome gear but a lot of the weight gains you make are water from bloating which is why its so hard to keep all that weight after your done. I actually lost a little bit of weight and strength immediatly after stopping the d-bol for short period. The winny i took was the BD 50mg tabs which really did a good job of hardening my gains and giving me more definition and vascularity than actual weight (mirror gains). If you have the extra money you might even try var, but that all depends on your goal i guess. For me that is almost the perfect cycle since i am tall (6'2") and like to keep a fairly lean look. After almost a year out of my cycle and keeping a strict diet and workout plan I am now about 209 pounds which in my opinion is not too bad considering the mistakes i made after my first cycle of test 500 pw, decca 400 pw, and 40mg d-bol 1st 4 weeks when i gained 28 pounds and only kept 8 pounds. Anyhow good luck to you.

I agree with taking only one shot per week but, I have read many articles and have taken d-bol many times. What I've read is that if you take the d-bol all at once (in the morning) you will receive less water retention and keep more of your gains (you don't crash as hard). I train in the morning therefore my breakfast of champions (d-bol all at once) hits me the hardest when I need it most (during my workout & not in the late afternoon). I get better results taking the tabs all at once, during the cycle and post. I also sleep better by taking them all in the morning vs. a few in the afternoon.

15 pounds if its your first cycle, is it your first cycle?
i would run the test e untill i felt i wasnt gaining off it anymore, at this point i would switch to something else or up the dose
