View Full Version : Anyway to run T3 and no steroids and keep muscle mass?

I have some T3 and CLENBUTEROL and would like to include them in my fat loss program. I read that running the T3 without steroids will eat lean body mass. Then I read that that's overrated. Any ideas on how I could run both of these and still retain my lean muscle mass .

I think eating more protein than usual will keep you from becoming catabolic.

eating more protein will help and your setup will help you utilize protein effeciently...however...i wouldnt want to risk it...even as slightly over exaggerated as going catabolic with t3 is...its still true...why lose hard earned muscle...if you dont want to run a full blown cutter at least grab some anavar...choice is yours but i wouldnt want to lose any muscle if i didnt have to you know

I like T4 while off cycle for dieting purposes. Or even one of the newer combo deals - T4/T3 mixtures. Run it in short blast while off cycle - keeping in mind that your Thyroid output levels skyrocket to 110-120% or normal for about 10 days after discontinuance. Run it for around 2 weeks and take about 4 off to allow things to return to normal for just a few days and hit it again. This is only for off cycle dieting - I've found it to be quite effective and I loose nothing as long as I am hitting core lifts moderately and protein is at least 1.5 by LBM per day. Just an idea

Up the protein and add in some Anavar! That works great for me. I even gain a pound or two whilst cutting.

Another option is to actually run Test Prop but that means you'll have to pin at least EOD which personally I don't like.

How much Anavar do you use when on this cycle? And, how much T3? And for how long? Basically, what are the details of your cycle?

Yea I have done this also.
I have run clean/T3/Var and didnt lose any muscle.

im highly considering clen t3 var for my cutter in a few months...probably add prop...would like to use some ace...but that would be overkill a bit so im still tweaking

You can even use Test E or C and still cut.
That's what I am using and I am still cutting. I just watch what I eat.

If it were me I'd use it with clen and keep it under 50mcg.
