^there is your source
Bro, you have tons of research to do.
Tren Acetate and Winstrol are NOT first cycle steroids.
All you need is Test E for 10 weeks and then a nolva/clomid pct.
Use the search button and skim through the forum, and post this in the newbie forum next time.

Wow, well I think that you'll find many on this forum that are more than willing to help you, but you must do a few things first. 1)Try to find out on your own as much as you can by rearching these topics. By research, I do not mean ask questions, but rather, read, read, read. Search the forum here, or just browse and read threads, the newbie section is a fine place to start. Also, do a broader range of research by following the same priciples listed here at other forums, look for medical publications in reference to relevant subject material, as well as scientific study. They are not as hard to find as you might assume. Then, when you feel that you have a solid fundamental knowledge of the subject matter, ask specific questions that are relevant to your situation. 2) When posting or asking questions or for help, you should try to post a more detailed assessment of your "stats.". While hieght, and weight can be relevant, other, more pertinent details are needed to accurately provide suggestive advice, as using AAS is very much a matter determined on many levels by individual circumstance. The needed statistical information includes age, BF%, goals in terms of both exercise regimen and potential AAS use, and length of consistent weight training. The on and off weight training does not really provide any insight into where you are in your natural development. Also, include any mitigating circumstances you deem relevant. This will allow for much more detailed and accurate assessment of your current situation, as well as potential cycle advice. Do this, and you will most certainly find a very willing group of individuals who will help you make the right decisions regarding these types of regimens. Do it not, and you will most likely get flamed or simply ignored. In truth, when you have completed the initial research, there is a very good chance that the answers you seek will no longer be an issue.

Yea need to post stats before anyones really going to help you:
age
bf%
years lifting
etc.
And you really should hold off on tren until your 3rd cycle at the earliest. Test is all you need (w/ PCT) for the first cycle. Make sure you do a lot of research before you start messing with hormones, and get your diet and exercise routine in perfect order before you start.

DO NOT use winny or tren . maybe tren after 4 or 5 cycles i would also say never use winny its harsh and "in my eyes" crap your better off with tbol. just how i feel.
i dont think your ready for aas and being or this fourm and not knowing where to find a shop its even scarier then me imagining you shooting tren and winny for first cycle with no test lol.
read up a shit load
EVERY DAY for a few months then think bout it.
be carful dont fuk your self up and go rushing into this.
good luck.
ps. wuts your BF? "how fat are you"
and how long you lift.?

Welcome aboard but I'd like to add that you have some homework to do first. Get reading, keep training, and soon you'll be ready for the kickoff. In any case, like it was said Test E for 10-12 weeks at 500mg/week is an excellent way to begin and you're sure to grow. Read up on PCT and don't be shy to use the SEARCH button above.

For a beginer you do not need that cycle yet. Whats your age and how long have you been currently training?
