I'm currently at 190...pretty good size...finished 3rd cycle 2 weeks ago. Debating what my next should be. 5 foot 11 w/17% body fat. Looking to add @ 5-8 pounds of size and take it closer to 12-14% body fat.....Any suggestions for my 4th cycle, that I'll be starting June 1st.

If you are looking for lean muscle gain, I would recommend short-estered products.
Test Prop and Masteron are a winning combination and could help you achieve the gain and cut you are looking for. Its all about your diet, also.

My recommendation would be take a good 6 months off AAS and work on lowering your body fat. Really work on your diet and then consider AAS when your closer to 10% body fat. Besides, you just finished your third cycle. You got plenty of time to get to work before your next cycle. I really don't like the idea of cutting cycles. Its all about your diet. AAS is not the answer to losing body fat.
bump swole and hockey.. try to get the fat% dow to the 13% before and more ASS are taken.

so your 190 at 5'11" with 17% bf???? after 3 cycles to boot???? seems to me your doing something wrong. why dont you post up your full diet and full routine.

some pics would help as well.Thank you lola. I was worried it was just me thinking he's a bit small after a cycle. But 5'11" and only carrying 155-160lbs of LBM seems awful weak. Thats just not much muscle for a guy that tall. How old are you?
Here are some numbers you can use for reference:
190lbs @12%=167lbs of LBM
and
198lbs @12%=174lbs of LBM
Your current stats:
190lbs @17%=157.5lbs of LBM ...and so you'd only weigh 160-165lbs if you dieted down for pictures. Doesn't that seem pretty light?
