On the recommendation from "Unclevername" and "tdizzle28" (thank you very much), I am posting this hear to introduce myself and get some recommendations/guidance from the powers that be, here.
Quick intro: Brand new to forum here. Very impressed so far. Unmatched knowledge to anywhere else i've come across so far...I'm reading, absorbing, and learning more and more each day. Thanks to all those that are sharing their knowledge with people like me that are always looking to learn more.
After several years of training, I did my 1st cycle last year (win depot/sust). Had great results with that cycle, then took from Nov '07 'til now off from anything but just diet and exercise. Got a little soft in the gut over the winter but can work that off by pushing a little harder in the cardio area. Considering doing a Win/Anavar/Clen cycle this time around but want to wait until I read more and make the right choices for my 2nd cycle.
Big thanks again to those sharing their knowledge. Hopefully i'll be able to help someone out with what I learn down the road...
Current Stats:
33 yrs old
5' 11''
225 lbs
BF% = low 20's
Training on and off for about 8yrs
Short Term Goals: Get my BF% down to about 18-19 before taking my next cycle.

how is your diet? after you loose the fat what is your goals? i would stick with a good diet that you are able to keep, you dont have to kill yourself over it to get in shape. plan easy healthy meals that you can actaully look forward to eating and you will stick with it for much longer than if you eat a very strict diet with a cheat meal on sunday, trust me that sunday will come around a lot more than once a week. diet and cardio and good training and you will be where you want to be i promise you. if your looking for any kind of good gains for your next cycle i would not suggest win/anavar/clen. personally i would stick with test and maybe eq. my first 3 or 4 cycles were ONLY test enanthate. if you do everything right as far as training rest and diet then you tend to stick with what works. when you start fucking off is when a lot of people say oh i need to add this or that. im not saying at all that this goes for experienced users but first timers or those that are on thier second cycle doing crazy test tren dbol winstrol and so on need to look at more than just what they are injecting. good luck and let us know if you need more clarification

Welcome aboard. I would go a bit lower on your BF% before the next cycle - below 15% is ok if you're prone to gyno or even lower for better results. From then on it is easier to keep working at it and you see your gains a lot easier which help greatly with motivation.

Thanks a ton for the initial advice gentlemen. It's greatly appreciated. I'm reading as much as I can here and will continue to do so. I definately need slight adjustments to my diet as it's far too strict from what i've been reading here so far and i'm just a ticking time bomb for falling off the wagon big time if I don't.
I appreciate the links too Tdizzle, I've read them all once so far and need to read them about 10 more times again so that I have it all absorbed correctly, but it's fantastic info, thank you!
I'm going to adjust things this week slightly on the diet side and up my cardio to get my BF down over the next month or so and see where i'm at. But keep the advice coming. It's appreciated!
Thank you all in advance and i'll try not to trip over myself too often here...hehehe.
