i've read it takes 60 days for letro to level out. How long should you take it? What are the side effects if you take it to long? Is their much difference in taking .5 eod or .25 ed?

There is really no reason to take more than .25mg unless you have gyno you are trying to reverse, even then its been shown that .25mg is enough to accomplish that. Too high of a dosage, anything above .5mg can cause sexual dysfunction.

i took my first cycle sept 07-dec 07. (400 mg test e/per week) Got sore nips so i took letro and seemed to take care of it. Just started a sec cycle 3 weeks ago (300 mg test e/week) so i am taking .5 of letro eod. Wondered if it would be better to take .25 ed? I did read that post on letro but didn't see any thing on how long to take it. Do you just stop taking it a week or so before the end of your cycle? Then start taking nolv or clomid? By the way which one do you think is better? (nolv or clomid)

i took it at .25mg ed or .5 eod and it took about 4 weeks no notice bloat go down and pufy nips go away. so id say 4 wks to 8 yes. start 2 weeks before cycle iv been told.

i try not use anything u may gain less.
never had sexual desfunction on it or deca only cycle but im diff so i dont know about the ed part.

You probably would have been fine with A-dex...too late now...

Keep the dose as low as you can - you need estrogen in your system.

Run A.I until end of cycle - stop before PCT.

Use both Nolv + Clomid for PCT.

P.S. I think 300mg of enan per week is low for a second cycle...

I would think that .25 ed would create more stable blood levels that .5 eod but perhaps a vet can confirm/deny this. From what I understand of letro you run it right up to the start of pct.

standard seems to be clomid at 150/150/100/100 (each 1 week in lenght) along with nolva at 40/40/20/20 (also 1 week in lenght) together.

When i get my stuff i plan on running 400-500mg of test e and 300mg of tren(100mg/ml)per week. getting so excited to start my 2nd cycle! Thanks for all the help guys. tren is a whole different ball game. it doesn't aromatise into estrogen but it does cause progestirone sides which can include gyno. (the sides are very similar to that of deca) letro won't combat the sides of tren directly. you need bromo or caber for that. I see caber recomended much more often than bromo but both are optional.
something to keep in mind before you put that stuff in your system.

Few things...What kinda tren are you running? if it's your first run w/ tren, i hope it's not tren e. Second...Prolly shoulda waited to start your cycle ast 300mg / week isn't gonna do a whole lot really plus now you're gonna be shut down longer on a cycle that will already shut you down pretty hard. Back to the tren, if you're running tren e or any long estered tren, be careful. If you get bad sides from it they're gonna be around for awhile. So i suggest running acetate for your first run to find out how your body reacts to tren.

Wait for his gear.

Put the gear in cool, dark, and safe spot.

Give himself 3 months...

Read until his eyes bleed.

Put together a simple, well thought out cycle...and jump back in with knowledge

just got my stuff. took my third shot of 300mg 2 days ago. do you really think everything is messed up. I was going to start the new stuff sat. Is 400 test e and 300mg of trenbolone is a bad cycle? Sorry didnt mean to piss anyone off. Guess thats why i'm on here to try to learn. Maybe i will wait and start it mid summer. Thanks for all the info.

I personally take it ONLY on MON/WED/FRI
Strong cycles I only need 1.25mg
milder cycles I cut that dose in half.

its really not smart to start without having everything incase customs dicks you...what are your full stats age height weight bf% and what kind of tren is it...you already have yourself shut down so you either stop and run a pct or do some work research and continue...do as you wish but post full stats so we can help you better
