View Full Version : No results with Clen/T3 stack

My girlfriend was using 40mcgED of Clen. tabs and 50mcg.ED T3. She got no results and fealt nothing at that dose so I told her to double it and she did. For the past week and half she has been using 80mcg.ED of Clen tabs and 100mcg.ED of T3. She has still not lost any weight. She has been on this cycle for three weeks now. She works out 20 minutes a day of low impact aerobics and her diet is good. Any suggestions?

throw weightlifting in two time a week... an example like
mon-aerobics
tues-weights
wed-aerobics
thur-weights
fri-aerobics

its clinically proven that weightlifting and cardio combined burns much more fat than just aerobics... you say her diet is good? whats it like, what her height, weight, age, bf....ect.

Thats interesting.. I did 6 tabs clen with 3 tabs T3 (standard strength tabs) ED and I lost 6kgs in like 3 weeks.. And thats without doing any extra activity from my usual workout routine..

Could it be the diet??

P.S. Try not to up the dosage too high.. More doesn't always means better..
And with T3, u have to be careful if not u risk being on it ur whole life..

When I say her diet is good, I mean she eats harldly anything. 3 small meals a day. She does not do anyweights at all. I think she has a very slow metabolism. I heard that doing only cardio and no weights only makes it slower.

tell her to up her meal intake, did she just jump into doing cardio and reduce her meals at the same time? If so her body is in a stage of "starvation mode" where her metabolism slows down and the body stores fat... try haveing her take a small handfull of mixed nuts (no peanuts) in between breakfast and lunch, buy some BCAA's and have her take 8000mg every 2 hours between meals as well. Also teach her a very basic light weight routine for twice a week, keep her carb intake low, and up her protien. Try and make it so she doesnt take in any carbs after 3'Oclock
