I think it depends on the person.
honestly I Never use anti- e`s But I have buddys that will run the same exact
products and Nips will puff up immediatley if they dont take nolva.
some people are a Lot more prone to gyno then others....then some will use it to help avoid bloat and water retention. I dont think there is a yes or no question to your answer for everyone..its individual.

take clomid after a cycle for pct
take nolvadex any time during or after a cycle only if your nipples get sore or puffy

Yah I would have to recommend a-dex if your going to use an anti-e during the cycle... nolv and clomid will hinder your gains on cycle. But personally with a cycle as light as this I would hold off on all anti e's see... keep nolv on hand incase your nips start hurting or you start getting other signs of gyno...

Bumping all these guys about a-dex etc. I think if you are using test though proviron should always be at or near the top of your list. It not only works to block estrogen like a-dex but it also will enhance your test and decca. If you have problems with gyno then you need to use femara. I am gonna reccomend you stay away from nolvadex because of its catabolic properties. Use Femara(lestrozle) in its place.
