Are you getting enough rest/sleep? Are you sure that you are not overtraining? EQ takes about 7 weeks to kick in from what I've heard. I've never tried so I don't know. How much weight have you gained so far? Usually weight gain and strength gains ar not proportionate.

there are alot of factors that would limit your gains, genetics, diet , receptor down regulation, and so on, with me its genetics, my nateral bodywieght is 170 pounds, 6 foot, this is the same thing with my dad, he of course didnt bodybuild, it was a major effort to break 200 pounds, it took me 5 years to break 220, i have done everything in the book including GH and have never weighed more than 230
how much did your dad weigh when he was your age?

I think you might want to sleep more. At least try to get an extra hour of sleep per day. How long have you been following that workout routine? What are your set and rep ranges? If you've been doing that routine for more than a couple months, I think it's time to change it. Do something different like workout Mon & Tue, wed off, workout Thurs & Fri, Sat & Sun off. You can condense your workout to 4 workouts per week. No need to split up the shoulders and legs the way you do. Just do your entire shoulders one day and your entire legs on another day. It's good to take 1 week off for every 8 weeks of training. Hope this helps.

From what I see I don't think you are eating enough carbs with out them your body will eat at muscle inhibiting strengh and muscle gains dependind on your body.I would think you should be eating 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fats. Try to eat protien before a workout and a shake that is three parts carbs one part protien it will give your muscles the food it needs to restore and you will still have protien to break down to bulid new muscle. Also depending on body weight 4000-5000 calories a day. I don't even know how long you cycle is but the EQ is long lasting and if you change your diet now you may have enough time to salvage a little of your cycle :)

PS good carbs i.e, Brown rice, sweet potato's, fresh vegies, lots of berries blue, black, ras, straw etc... Whole grain bread carbs are not bad just have to eat the right stuff.

each cycle you do your going to make less and less gains, eventually your gains will stop and youll just achieve a certain look with each cycle
with all the gear your on i really doubt your overtraining
the sleeping thing may be an issue, try some melatonin before bed in the morning, put tinfoil on your bedroom windows, stay in bed at least 6 hours nomatter how restless you are, set an alarm lock to go off at 2 or 3 in the afternoon, dont get up before then
it sounds like the cycle your on platoed a couple weeks ago, next time try mixing it up more, dont run something for a set time, run it untill it isnt working anymore, then switch to something else, for me this can be as little as 3 weeks
another thing would be your diet while working, when i worked rotating twelves i brought an ice chest full of tuperwear/food, upon rising in the morning i would start cooking, usually something like this, i would put 2 dozen eggs in boiling water, take some salt with you to salt the eggs, dont eat the yolks, put chicken breast and round steak in oven for broil, added seasoning salt or mrs dash, put 2 cups oatmeal in boiling water, put 2 cups white rice in boiling water, jump in the shower, when out of the shower take everthing off the stove, go get dressed, come back package everything up in tuperwares, pour youself a quart of milk and get some equal packets, use it in your oatmeal and rice, kind of like cereal, take a couple bannanas or apples for a snack, take a gallon of watyer with a cup of crystal light, all this should be consumed by the end of shift,
your morning meal should be a quality protein/meal replacement drink, i use metrx exclusivly , after your workout consume a quality high glycemic index carb, this need to be done within 45 minutes after your workout,
if you must eat before your workout make it light, dont eat a bunch of protein before a workout as stated above

Your not going to get the same results as you did with the 1st cycle. I have been taken steroid sinc 1987 and I basically maintain what I have. When I go on a diet my body will change but I really have been around 250lb for the last 8 years and I am not as strong as I used to be. I think you will find if you came of what you were taking that it really is doing something. You will get weaker and your body wont be as hard. I am never satisfied with my strength sometimes I get fustrated and cut my cycle short than after a few weeks I look in the mirror and I can see the steroids were working.
