I saw this cyle on alin shop I am looking to gain quality lean mass while reducing BF%.

Any feedback on this cycle would be greatly appreciated.Also if someone could explain the Hcg usage on this one that would also be appreciated.

Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex Every Day
Week 1 to 16: 0.25 arimidex Every Other Day
Week 1 to 8: 3000-5000ius of HCG every 4th week
Week 1 to 8: 50mg of Prop Every Day
Week 1 to 8: 50mg of winny Every Day
Week 1 to 10: 50mg of proviron Every Day
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid Every Day
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid Every Day
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid Every Day


And for those of you who are going to tell me that i need to use my diet to get lean i already know that this is just a little extra help.

First off what are your stats?... age, height, weight, bf%, training history... how many cycles have you done? I wouldnt recommend this as a first cycle... if your really new I would suggest Test enanthate and EQ to put on some quality lean gains... prop might be a little much for you. As far as the HCG goes I dont recommend using it during the cycle every 4-5 days... I would only recommend useing it in PCT at the end of the cycle to jumpstart your testies and get your body making test agin.

Training for 10 years seriously for just over the last 2

3 cycles done.Last was testE/EQ/Dbol with prop at the end until esters cleared

I have changed this cycle with some help from my friend at SSB

Week 1-6 75mg Prop
Week 1-6 50mg winny
week 1-6 50mg Proviron
Week 1-6 250iu Hcg E 4th day
PCT
Week 6-8 40mg Nolva
week 8-10 20mg Nolva

I would do it a little more like this
Week 1-8 100mg prop/eod
Week 3-8 Winny 50mg/ed
Week 1-PCT .25mg a-dex eod

PCT - started 3 days after last prop injection
Clomid/Nolv stack as listed on Alin's cycles

You shouldnt need proviron with this cycle, I would use adex, also im not a big fan of the 250iu's of hcg every 4 days, I use HCG as pct... but this is a realativly light cycle so it shouldnt be really nessecary.

if you want a little extra kick for lean muscle growth you could toss in Anavar or T-bol in there
