Its gonna be my 2nd cycle ever and I was thinkin about gettin the 450.00 bulkin cycle I'm 5'5 and 132lbs and was wanting input on lifting and diet

I took that 1 cycle of test over a year ago and when I started I weighed 120lbs and the guy i got it from didn't have any info on how to take it or work out on it I'm not a big guy and I just want to get to 150lb and keep it it wont take much for me to look big because of my height this time i just want to do it right thats why i got on this forum and asked questions.

I'm 24 it was his first cycle and he bought 2 bottles so we both did it with out any advice or experience I pretty much dont have a whole lot of bf I have a high metabolism and its hard for me to gain wieght no matter what i eat and when i did that cycle after about four weeks of lifting I wasn't getting sore anymore any advice on workouts and diet would be great

how long was your first cycle? and what did you take?how was your pct? what did you take for pct?
what is your current workout routine? how often do you wokout? how much do you eat, what r you eating... what supps are you taking?
my advice is to take a weight gainer that has 600-900 cals and 50g protien... your body need calories and lots of protien.... once you have that in check and tried your as off to gain as much as you naturally can... then start pinning. everyone on here is gonna tell you that your not ready for aas. you really need to do your homework before starting... the internet is a god send!!!
if you do go with a cycle.... do 12-15wks of test c or e ONLY... take a 2 week break THEN start nolva and clomid, take hch e4d at 500ui to keep your balls.... start taking an AI one week before you start a cycle to prevent gyno issues. eat, train, and rest like never before.... make it PRIORITY NUMBER ONE... every thing else in life is second while on cycle.
i am pretty inexperienced with aas... i have learned a lot in the past 3 months.... shit i am only on my first cycle... but i have been lifting and making gains naturally for many years.... do it right the first time or you will regret it.

That's not a cycle...it's a disaster...
So you basically shut yourself down....gained nothing....and never fully recovered.
You training split sounds like crap....no legs = no growth...
If you train your chest and arms every other day...you're body is gonna turn on you...and you will lose size not gain.
Try training 2 muscle groups per session per session - 4 sessions - each muscle group get's isolated once a week....and then worked a little on any compound type lifts.
Take some time to read and ask questions before you waste more money and damage your health.

you have a lot of work to do before you run a REAL cycle. get your diet and program down first... sounds like you havent really tried to push your natural limits yet... you would benefit from doing a whole lot of research first.
when you are on the shit diet rest and training comes first... otherwise you are wasting money and hurting your body.
this is what i am doing for my first cycle:
FOOD
REST
test c
eq
hcg
aromasin
b12
training:
2 on 1 off
chest
back
off
shoulders
legs / arms
(i alternate arms through my workout -shoulders & arms, or legs & arms... or sometimes nothin but arms on that day)
i spend 1-1.5 hrs in the gym... rest is best... you wont grow if you dont rest enough.

i forgot to mention i took ~40mg of dbol first 4 weeks to kick in the test.
... and get blood work done while on cycle, and 8 weeks after pct.

to make sure you're in good health... and you can make adjustment accordingly to the drugs you are putting in your body... use the search botton... and look at all the stickys in the newbee forum.... read them!!!

In my past experience workin out it doesn't take long for me to look like i've been workin out for months but i always get to the same size and stop gaining thats why i was lookin in to aas but will i have to keep taking them to mantain size or can i just keep a strict work out routine once i've reached my desired size

Im usually quick to defend guys writing in asking for some help and getting ridiculed. These guys are probably right on this one though. I not one that says you need to max out your natural limits cause that can take years, however it does not feel like you are remotely close to it. You mentioned that last cycle you worked out for 4 weeks before you started. You're wasting your money.
I recommend that you do a lot of reading on the subject. I would say if you can work out (intensely) for 6 months straight you may be ready for the commitment. AAS is not something that you inject and grow, there is a life style involved in it.
That being said, if youre not going to listen then youre not going to listen so if there is something to run I agree with a previous post. Id run 400-500 Test E or C, take anti-e's, and get PCT correct. If you add anything else maybe winny or deca, but I'd keep it simple since your so green. You can work up from there.
Also FYI there's nothing forum peeps hate more than an open ended, broad question such as "What cycle should I do"? At the very least, read enough to pretend you've tried to learn something.

I didn't max out naturally when I started...but I read about AAS...and didn't write a post for 2 months....let alone think of buying AAS.
Look at what happened to you the first time around....why repeat the mistake?

:D bro steroids will help you gain weight, but you have to work even harder to keep what you gain....In fact I would say 90% of guys loose at least 10lbs of what they gain...About how many calories do eat a day? If you don't know calories, then how many times do you eat a day?

bump every one and dont get mad because were not writing you out a diet and fucking work out routine...you have no business cycling with your workout experience bro...how do i train while on the stuff what kind of question is that...and you havent even attempted to learn a little bit about a very serious topic before coming on here and expecting all the answers...you havent been lifting enough and are going to waste your money on gear bc you dont know how to train or eat...and if you do find a workout routine your going to get hurt bc your strength will increase and muscles may grow but your tendons and connective tissues arent ready for that and are at major risk for injury...i dont know how old you are but i have the feeling your on the young end...at your size you need to put on atleast a little more weight naturally....stop being so impatient..you lifted for a few months then turned towards gear? sounds like a lack of dedication to me...there is no quick easy way to do this bro...go to the gym learn how to lift and eat do it for a very long time and do your research in the meantime then come back to us with some more serious questions and you wont get "ridiculed"

if you want a diet plan see a nutrionist. you need at least 3500 cals and 1.5 per lb of protein.. ad some mono creatine, guarantee you gain.
