First i would like to say one thing, Im glad this board is here! I have read and searched a lot about first cycles all over. Lots of different advice. I have been doing crazy cardio (bike, run), and lifting for 3 months and used to weigh 228lbs and now i am 184.6. I am still on a clen/t3 cycle about to end it in a week hopefully around 180lbs. I just ordered 100 50/mg tabs of primobolan. Now after reading thats probably not what i should do since its oral? Welll anyways.... can someone hook me up with a good first cycle to gain mass?

misticat use those tabs in a stack. I am asuming you are a guy, if that is right then that would mix well with most any injectable, maybe a little testosterone, decca, or eq?

Yea im 27 year old male. Being a newbie here... what kind of decca and how much should i buy? How do i cycle it with primobolan? should i inject it twice a week? remember im a complete noob :) thanks for your help!

the first show i did i used decca and primobolan i looked pretty good, i really like the 2 together, you would use 50mg per day primobolan, 400mg per week decca, you have enough primobolan to last 100 days so figure accordingly, i wouldnt do a bulking cycle especially if youve worked hard to loose wieght, youll be much happier with a lean hard look, lean is were its at , chicks dont like big fat strong guys

what about side effects, you need to read up on them and be prepared to combat them, although i personally can do decca/ primobolan without any side effects, many will say otherwise

awesome... im so ready! should i take a 1 week break after the clen/t3 run or can i start right away? Should I split the 400mg up into 2 200mg doses one on monday and the other thursday? How many weeks should i do primobolan and decca? Should i still keep eating around 1600 calories a day with 200g's of protein? Thank you very much guys! Im going to start doing some research on a good pct any suggestions for that? Should I do an oral pct or inject it? thanks again

what type of decca should i get and how much?

Wow after reading about pct i definatly dont want decca dick!! that would suck! what should i take for pct and how much of it? :confused:

i would make 2 cycles out of the primo ,50 each cycle
get enough decca to last 8 weeks, just buy whatever brand you can afford
i personally have never had decca dick, iam taking 500mg per week now with 50mg per day winstrol, and iam jerking off 3 times per day, thats 1 thing about juice it makes you have a constant boner, its rather iritating, now some say decca dick, but as far as i can tell its a rare deal, check out my post tittled decca dick, people are going to talk you into eq, and you could do that instead of decca, i personally dont like eq much,
order some nolvadex and clomid like 20 of each, start reading up on them

i dont think you can start right away can you?
order your clomid, nolvadex, and decca or eq, dont start untill you have all of them, if your counting calories then more power to ya, keep it up
wether you do eq or decca its 400mg 1 time per week, unlees your a needle freak then you can do 200mg 2 times per week, ive done it both ways and i couldnt tell a difference

If you want to save money get the stealth decca, or eq. It is good advice from Anni.

Thanks! I feel more safe now that i have some good direction. I will order nov, clomid and decca tonight along with some 25 guage syringes. I can't wait this stuff couldnt come fast enough! If it takes 14 days i will be off the clen/t3 and ending my benadryl. Should i stop all cardio for those 8 weeks?

How is this for a pct?
day 1 - 300mgs clomid , 20mgs nolva , .25mgs l-dex , and 200mgs b6
day 2-21 100mgs clomid , 20mgs nolva , .25mgs l-dex and 200mgs b6
day 22-30 50mgs clomid, 20mgs nolva, .25mgs l-dex and 200mgs b6
After reading for the last 5 hours on this is oral primobolan okay to do with 400mg of decca for the first time? So this is what it should look like right...
my first cycle and pct:
primo 50mg every day
every monday 400mg of decca (8 mondays)
2 weeks after last shot(monday) start day one of pct.
how does that sound?

if you like cardio then keep doing it , i hate cardio and only do it if i have to, cardio should be done at seperate times from weight training, the exception would be on leg day
the primo/decca will give you pleasant results for a first or any cycle
the nolvadex would only be taken if your nipples get sore or puffy
the clomid would start 1 week after your last shot
you wont need arimidex

Cut your cardio down to two or 3 times a week, 20 minute sprint intervals... if you use to much cardio you will lose out on the bulk cycle... try to take in 320-350 grams of protien per day.. if you want to keep the fat off keep the carb intake low like 60-100 grams of complex carbs (ie steel cut oats, a handfull of almonds, wheat bread, sweet patato's)... take in good fats like 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil or olive oil during the day on a salad as the dressing... the fats will assist in burning fat already in your body and keep your body from going catabolic. Take in an 8-10oz lean meat like chicken or tuna a half an hour before going to bed to make sure you muscles get fed throughout the night.
