Yeah, it a union shop and they staged a one day walk out. Michaela wanted to be able to use the executive restroom. The good news is management and the union were able to reach a good compromise and allow her to use the executive restrooms from 6 AM until 9 AM when management comes into work. No further labor stoppages are planned at thisw point.

Good for you Michaela. And way to go Alin, were glad that you were able to accomodate the staff.
