Water retention w/test

Whats up yall, I got some 200mg tren and 250 test.
What is the best way to stay lean while cycling. Keep water retention to a minimum?

Run some Arimidex with the Test. 0.25-0.50mg per day thru out cycle.

i get water retention with test even with arimidex added, i came to the conclusion that it had to be from elevated cortisol, i combat this with an occational lasix tab,

Arimadex, femara or (my preference) proviron. Proviron will help stave off water retention and help your test to work better.

Most effective way, is also the least practical. Gotta be perfect with your diet. No sugar, no pasta, no bread, etc. Otherwise, go with the aforementioned arimidex, or femara.

you dont have to be perfect with your diet you just need to aviod sodium spikes, i find it better to not restrict sodium so that an occasional stop at mcdonals doesnt result in missery
there are 3 major factors in water retention, sodium, estrogen, cortisol,

i just noticed your doing 250 mg test? if so you wont have anything worth worring about

What about lasix?
and if so, how much?

try 20mg (lasix) 1 pill
2 pills is all i can safley recomend
limit use to no more than 2 times per week
if you take it more than that you will need potasium and blood thinner, to combat the side effects of the lasix

So is proviron or arimidex a better alternative??
Just don't want my face to get all fat again, and possible heart arythmia.

i thought you were only taking 250mg test,
nothing works better than lasix , most people are scared of it, its like any other drug dont abuse it and it wont hurt you

no, taking test 250 (supposidly 333mg and tren 200)
but thats cool, maybe ill get arimidex and lasix just in case
