how do you use it? taper it up? and for how long to be safe? will it shut me down?

Yes...Taper the dose up starting with half tab (12.5mcg) and bump until around 50-100mcg area, depending on individual. Also, taper back down when coming off. Cycles of T3 lasting no longer than 8 wks are best.

I've found the following to be a real safe cycle:

T3 cycle

Days 1-3.................. 25mcg/day
Days 4-6...................50mcg/day
Days 7-9...................75mcg/day
Days 10-12................100mcg/day
Days 13-15................75mcg/day
Days 16-18................50mcg/day
Days 19-21................25mcg/day

do u do 3 weeks on 3 weeks off or something? what do you do after day 21, just start over or what?

only problem i think with this is to get the fat burning aspect you must be on at least 75mcgs, so that leaves you with merely one week of a good dosage, i would extend this cycle to 6 weeks so that your 75mcg+ days will yield a better result. you probably will have to do 2 or 3 of these little cycles (which i dont recommend "cycling" T3) to get results of one 6 week cycle. if cytomel really is dangerous as people say then i would just do one 6 week cycle once maybe twice a year. going on/off/on/off several times per year cant be good for your thyroid

I almost fully agree. The only diference I have is that I would not taper down and instead use thyroid supplements as a PCT

well this cycle isnt to loose a crazy amount of fat. Its for those that want that extra push to get rid of that stubborn fat. I should have clarified it.

What I did was start clen for one week then in the 2nd week I started the t3 cycle with the clen. 3rd and 4th week stopped clen continued t3. then 5th week started clen again. This worked very well. My bf was about 10% when i started and this really shreaded myself up.

if you want, you can extend the 100mcgs to get better fat burning for those that are over weight. but what i posted was a very safe cycle of it that is effective
