Letrozole Doses...

With the little letro pills from Alin it's hard to break them up, if one wanted to take a small does would it be OK to take 1/2 a pill every 4th day or would that not work...

What about 1/4 EOD?

1/4 is about .5mgs.....that would be good for an ed or eod dose...letro woukldnt be my 1st choice as an on cycle a.i. tho...arimidex or aromasin or much better choices...letro reduces up to 98% of the estrogen in the body and so inhibits mass gains considerably...and a 3 dollar pill cutter from any pharmacy works well in cutting up pills.............

Well, I actually have Adex which will be my first choice, and don't intend to use the letro at any point in the very near future, it's just that I have got about 90 of the letro pills sitting around and I don't want them to go to waste... I'll never need them at 2.5mg so I just thought I'd find out how to take them in bits, for future reference...

save em for any gyno issues in the future...and u if u ever do have gyno symptoms, u might wanna run em at 2.5mgs..........

even 1/4 pills (625mcg) EOD is more than enough. 250mcg ED should be plenty.

Best bet is to crush up the pills and dissolve in some hard liquor. Lemme know if you have any questions on how to prepare a standardized solution.

adex is a better choice if you have no gyno or are not gyno prone.

letro can be run at .25 eod and works well.

I use the adex on cycle but was considering using letro next cycle only because I have acne breakouts while on. Any opinions on the acne? I do not mind some acne if gains will be diminished.

The loss of gains comes from too much estrogen suppression, implying that you've taken too much letro.

The purpose of using an AI while on cycle is to control the estrogen conversion in order to fight against the formation of gynecomastia, bloating, and other estrogenic side effects.

Eradication of estrogen is NOT desired as there is a synergystic, anabolic effect to come from maintaining estrogen levels within a certain range.

EOD dosing is just about right with LETRO
