Heavy mass movements , incline bench , Flat bench, for inner chest do heavy peck dec or cable crossovers, squeeze each rep and hold for 1 count

Heavy Bench
Incline Dumbells
Flat Dumbells
Flys (switch up incline, flat, decline)

But keep in mind, my lower is stronger than my upper. If you are the opposite way, you'll want to concentrate more on declines instead of inclines to even them out.

Mostly high up

I have set in the middle before and pulled straight across one at a time

Lots of ways...prefer high up

I have been doing chest 2 times a week(unless im still sore) to try to catch good idea or bad?
my upper chest is larger than lower. i have been doing peck deck, incline, flatbench and pushups. i guess ill have to concentrate on decline.

bad idea. over training wont help. Your lucky to have the genetics of a larger upper chest. concentrate on flat DB and bench presses. IMO decline is worthless.

This is with most women I find because you like a more defined upper cleavage. (JB, no disrespect here) This is where my wife concentrates because it keeps the boobs higher and healthier looking (when out of a bra) and allows her neckline to smoothly go into her chest with a high cleavage.

Yup, just remember when you want to over train, just sleep or eat instead. You never can get enough of those 2.

I am not offended by much of anything...only when it comes to family...

I got pregnant with twins...weighed 120 before pregnancy...weighed 183 when they were born...luckily for me, my skin has great elasticity...however, I did not maintain a good figure...the boys are twelve now and much more independent. My husband and I want them to know the importance of good health and diet...therefore we can't just "preach" it.

But...I remember being able to wear a tank top with no bra...that was great.

Now I want that firmness back. Don't care too much about cleavage...just want to be tight :D

Weighted dips get my vote every time.Dont only work the chest either, with a few small changes you can work most of the upper body.
Like squats for the top half.

i hardley ever lift heavy, 5-6 rep set is the heaviest ill go, i bench press maybe 1 time per month, i do isolation movements, slow and cotrolled, then when it burns so bad i cant take the pain, i get pissed and do about 5 forced repts, when i do forced repts the slow controlled movements are out the window,

Weighted dips
30 degree incline wide dumbell presses
heavy incline

Use variety of exercises to stimulate fibers. Also heavy/low reps, lighter/8-10 reps variation helps me alot

Add dips to your chest exercises.... But what might be the most important things is that you should stretch both pecs after each set, and you will fell them fill up w/ blood and they will get pumped and swollen!!

stretching works wonders. Also for size, not strenght

incline smith machine bench press down to 1/2" above yer chest and extended NOT to a completely lock out works wonders for me,.

I hadn't use the smith machine for a long time and I did the incline on it the other day. It made me hurt so effin great(sore).

Double up your chest routine use compound barbell movements w/ your pec shaping movemente i.e cable crosses, dips, etc... then go nothing but dumbell, like a few have already mentioned, flat, incline, then decline presses. with dumbell flyes; flat , incline, then decline.
