View Full Version : Starting to get a gut

I'm starting to get a serious gut on my cycle (deca 400/wk, test e 500/wk). I don't think I'm taking in enough calories to begin with so I don't understand why I'm getting fat. I'm gaining muscle too, but my waist is increasing very rapidly and fat is something I have never had a problem with. I do drink a lot of Dr. Pepper, and I bet you are all going to tell me that is what is doing it. I hope getting rid of this will be as easy as cutting out all the Dr. Pepper. I'm also taking 20mg nolva/day. Should I add some synthetine (injectable l-carnitine) into the cycle or what? Is there any thermogenic I could run while on cycle that wouldn't interfere with muscle gains? I've got about 6 wks left on deca and 8 on test. Thanks for the help.

I was wondering, but the only part of me that's bloated or puffy is my gut and my face. Is that where bloat normally is? This is my first cycle of AAS, by the way, I've previously used all the bullshit prohormones, so if I'm asking a stupid question, I'm sorry. I just don't want to get fat and stay that way. Every time I've used an ECA stack to cut up, i end up losing my appetite to such a degree that I lose a lot of muscle with the fat and I don't want this cycle to be wasted when I try to cut. I would feel a whole lot better if this is just something that will go away and not something I will have to cut to get rid of.

Try arimidex. Liquidex just as effective. Take in combination with Nolva to reduce estrogenic fat gain which can occur when cycling the products you are using.

0.25mg per day during cycle usually does the trick. Good luck!

Tighten up your carb intake,,be sure to eat only good carbs. AVOID the soda.

Keep diet pretty clean, add in a-dex, and add a little light cardio a few days per wk. Cardio 3x wk at say 20min will not affect your muscle gains, but will help with bloating.
