alcohol puts undue stress on the liver...wait until cycle is over,,,or drink little to moderation.

red wine, or a beer is ok. like alin said in moderation. personally I would stay away from the hard stuff. red wine is good for you.

Add 5 grams of creatine Monohydrate to each bottle of beer and consume about 12 post-workout. that should be good. :D

j/k bro dont even think about trying to party like a rock star while on cycle.

Test isn't killing your liver anyway....But moderation is best.

Liver issues aside... I find I'm WAY less likely to follow my protein regemin while getting a buzz going. I might get a protein drink in at hour 3 but.. after 6 hours, I'm checking out the hot chick at the end of the bar.. not worried about my diet...

On average you have 14-16 weeks to really focus on your cycle - proper diet, training, sleep, and responsible AAS use and recovery.

It's costing you a lot of money and the idea is to be at 110% so that you can achieve your goals.

I don't think anything in moderation will hurt...but I think the binge drinking can wait till after PCT when you look at your jacked self in mirror and feel like a good old fashion celebration...

I'm so busy just cooking batches of food to eat the next day...I don't have time to have a beer...not saying I wont have one....but I doubt I'll be downing a 12 pack anytime soon...

I get so bloated when on cycle that I don't drink beer. A few beers and I'm the Michelin man when trying to cut.

Besides the health risks...I personally dont drink because alcohol and test don't exactly make me the friendliest guy at the bar

obviously its better if u stay away from alcohol..
but if u like a drink one nite the wkend, indulge like i do..
id maybe have 6-8 pints and a few redbull and vodkas on a satnite and thats my lot till the following satnite
now if u intend to drink quite a bit on the nite out,u gotta drink alot of water during the nite or for sure before bed,if u dont..you will be springing from the bed with serious cramping the following morning, which is a bitch
i train mon-sat so i find if i eat big and take on plenty of water the nxt day ive never had any lagging on my 1st day back training which is a monday

really?:eek:would that work while I am cutting? or should I marinate my chicken breast in some Beer?:D:D:D

well said, alcohol is also slowing the recovery process, and it takes long to leave your system.

I'm so busy just cooking batches of food to eat the next day...I don't have time to have a beer...not saying I wont have one....but I doubt I'll be downing a 12 pack anytime soon...

same here, always cooking for 2-3 days, no time to have a beer:(

You really should'nt drink too much while on cycle, it reduces protein synthesis to a large degree. Yet puffing makes me sleep well, and if I have healthy snacks in the house, I can also benefit by the appetite stimulant:D:p
So I not only recover better, I can get some beneficial calories as well:)

If you are drinking you better pound 2 cups of water for each beverage. And fucking eat .I practice it more like dublin now.good luck to you.

uhhh watch out for water weight.. oh yeah and that beer belly might catch up to ya but who wants washboard abs anyways right? Speaking of beer bellies, I live in the U.P. and beer guts are a necessity for success around here. I'm a freak amongst a bunch of fat ass booze hounds. how special am i?

i dont see the point...i keep my diet 100% on point while on cycle i look at it like i have 12-14 weeks of drop dead serious training etc...how dedicated would i be if i went out and got bombed every weekend...like all you said before you feel like shit and some of you even drop weight....id rather sleep and grow then drink at a bar and feel like shit and drop pounds bc im all dehydrated and shit...and as far as 1 drink here and there...i know a glass of red wine can be good for you etc. but on cycle it doesnt make any significant improvement to my body so i leave out alcohol altogether...not bashing or flaming you guys that do drink just my .02

I would recommend not having any alcohol. Why risk liver problems.

Fuck partying if you want to be your biggest and best, it's that simple. It's stupidly counterproductive, and what do you get from your adventures in alcohol? A hangover, a few "What did I dos". Ok, that might sound a bit extreme, but those of us who have done it, myself included, know it's true.
