does injectable vitamin b12 make a noticable difference in your appetite? I hear its supposed to make you alot more hungry thus you eat more when bulking.

If you have no appetite, Synthelamin will GREATLY increase it.

If you have no appetite when you are on oral steroids, that is because your liver is stressed, so you have to fix that. Synthergine is the best liver aid.
If you are using liver aids (that means your liver is fine), and you still have no appetite, then that is when Synthelamin will work.
