Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex daily
Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ weekly
Week 1 to 10: 500mg TEST weekly
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
2 x NOLVADEX 10mg, 100 tabs by Hexal Germany
2 x EQUIPOISE 200mg/ml, 10ml vial by British Dragon
22 x TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE IRAN 333mg/ml
3 x CLOMID 50mg, 10tabs ************
i am semi used to lifting ... i already have a workout regimen that is good. does anybody know if this is a good cycle for me since it is my first time using any of this and how much weight it will add? i am 130lbs now and have little to no fat

how much weight will you add? maybe 10 lbs all together with the way you eat now. i do not reccomend you take any steroids now. either you are way to young or you eat like the olsen twins. i have a feeling your looking for the easy way out. you will experience more strength but food is very crucial. steroids are not for people who are "semi-used" to lifting. they are for the guys who bust there asses in the gym and eat clean. i dont know how tall you are to justify being 130, but still that is no weight for a male to be doing AAS. i would get your diet and training down pat, a good 3-6 months then maybe consider, personally i was training hard for a good few years before i concidered taking any gear.

i am 31 years old and 5'6...i am an ex wrestler who has always lost weight so i am in good health and have always had some kind of excercise ... my body is just not used to gaining ... i do eat a lot and take protein and creatine

just making sure your not some 15 year old boy. id start off first with saying eat 2grams of protein and 3grams of carbs per body lb per day. eat healthy unsaturated fats and tons of calories, personally i stay away from cardio when im bulking. as far as the cycle yes its good. no need for nolv and clomid, either one or the other for pct. but like i said before get your training down good. your body is going to get a big shock once the gear enters your bloddstream, and your going to get an even bigger shock if you dont start training hard and get your body used to weights. a person will become very injury prone if he doesnt workout much then starts using AAS and hits the gym hard everyday.

thanks for your help ... i usually take 1 gram of protein / body lb .. and about 100 grams of creatine when i take them

Why would you take nolva even clomid daily,nolva should be used if you start to have symtoms and you usualy take clomid 3 weeks after your last shot.

that is a kit that comes from alinshop.org ... a newbee cycle, they have others but i am not sure what to take

Thats alot of Nolvadex. I wouldnt run it during your cycle unless you getting some Gyno. Pct looks good at end. It looks like you need to eat alot more food than you currently do.

You cant get size just taking gear you have eat and eat train hard try to eat something every 2 hours.

Knock off the nolv from weeks 1-13, with a cycle this weak it can really hender your gains, I would lay off it unless I got signs of gyno... if you want less water retention take a-dex .25mg eod... and you wont have to worry about loseing gains like you will on nolv

you should have a set meal routine, so that you know you are getting the desired protien/carb/fat ratio's to build up... not just random eating of alot of protien... carbs and fat are just as important

totally agree with the 2 last posts by bod1ggity. i really dont ever run antis during a bulking cycle, i dont mind the extra water and fat during the winter months. i always thought it was kinda fun writing out a detailed diet plan, and figuring out all the #s. that way you know exactly what, when, and how much your putting in your body. oh and i saw 100 grams of creatine a day? please tell me this is a typo.

on a persons very fisrt cycle they pretty much make gains no matter what they do, but eating protein every 3-4 hours really helps

100 grams just for the loading stage of two a day until 5 days then half that...

Goodluck with that, hope you dont fuck up your natural creatine output... thats alot of creatine... I personally hate supplimenting creatine, I prefer to drink more water and let my body make it.

You said you are sort of used to lifting? I would get your diet and training under control 1st. Your cant just use gear and blow up with no diet or training structure. I would train more before using gear

eat eat eat eat eat. space out your meals throughout the whole day. instead of 3 big meals eat 6 medium meals. the more the merrier! make sure you're only taking in good foods as well. gear helps, but it won't do jack if you're not eating and training right.

its a good first cycle, everyone responds differently to gear, winstrol is a classic example, it makes some have exsplosive growth, and barley does anything to others, but if i had to guess i would say you will gain 15 pounds and keep 10 of it when its all said and done

dump the creatine its a waste of money, its for people that buy steroid replacement kits and such
with the food all you have to do is eat small amounts of flesh throughout the day , dont eat candy and cookies, it not that complicated, if you wresled then youll have an easy time eating good food, most people just cant say no to twinkies and cupcakes, those weight gainers are a joke too, their full of sugar/ sky high glycemic index

Here's a veteran weeding out before giving AAS as the answer. Seniors on here should take notice to this and this should be the *assumption* everytime someone new asks a question. Once they do state their age, health record and lifting status, then take the forward. Also, keep newbies on the lower side. No need to do a stack for a first cycle. Good job in my book Jstforme.

I believe food is the most important factor in any regime. If you are 130lbs, its obvious you are not getting enough food. If you don't have the time to eat, invest in a good protien powder or meal replacement to up those protein levels. I'm a student and dun really have the time to eat proper meals. I subsitute 3-4 meals for protein shakes (120g-160g of protein total) on top of my normal 3 meals. I try to get abt 250g of protein everyday. I don't really count carbs as I believe i'm eating enough from all the pasta, rice and bananas (2 large bananas with every shake).
Gear are a helping factor in gaining size, not THE factor.. Remember that..
P.S. If you are a true hardgainer, try adding a meal replacement in the middle
night.

as far as the protein in the middle of the night...all you need to do is take a casein/egg protein shake before bed, compared to just whey it stays active 4 to 5 times longer. (whey is active for only about 45-60 minutes) i reccomend proM3 by iss.

i eat meat before bed, its takes a few hours to assimulte, so that way you have aminos in your blood while asleep, in the morning i drink a protein/meal replacement drink, because it assimulates fast like 20 minutes and youv got aminos i your blood again
