i read during a certian cycle that u need 500iu every five days ...the bottle comes in 5000iu how di u go about this?

there is no certain cycle for this or that ammount of hcg, its for when your balls are shrinking to get them back up to par. well 500 goes into 5000 ten times. so you have ten doses of 500IU in the 5000IUamp. one way ive done it is after mixing, suck it all up in your syringe, see what line it comes to, do a little simple math to find out how many mL equalls 500IU.

keep it in the syringe, refrigerated.

whay do you have to put mayonaise in the refigerator after you open a bottle of it? its simple.

to prolong the life of it, once mixed it has to be stored in a refrierator, its even rocommended to store it in a refigerator prior to mixing.
The life of it once mixed is relativley short, even refregerated, you can extend the life of it by mixing it in Bacteriostatic Water.
Whenever your ready for your next 500iu injection simply change syringes, and let it reach room temperature before injecting it.
