well, I have read about people saying the usual 2 weeks on 2 off, but I read in other sites about just ussing 40-60 mcgs the whole 3-4 weeks of pct, any imput on this guys?

I think it depends on your reason for using it. If you are wanting to burn fat then regular clen doses would prevail, and it would be 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. If you are just hoping to keep cortisol levels down 40 - 60mcg split into 2 doses should do the trick, and there is no need to do the 2 week cycle.

i would not run clen during my pct... just me though
Bump all maintain during PCT dont cut.

people want to know right now, they dont want to search for it. the american way, find the easy way out. I am american, but i think that americans have to be over the top, have the best stuff, and dont like waiting long for it... ergo aas use for people who should not be using it, and no research skill. i wish i was japanees, that culture is very honerable, and strickt. if u give a jap somthing to do, they will make sure it gets done right the first time... and good. and their eating habbits are a very good bodybuilding foods. lots of rice and lean meats. not fast food or lots of fried food. and i love saki.. is there a way to change my religion to japanees?? lol i know its not a religion. just saying

so I was wondering if I should use the 100-120 2 times a week or 40-60 the 3 weeks

clen has anti catabolic properties but it can also cause a loss of appetite,so u have to find the right balance during pct
going with doses of up to 120mcg is obviously playing with fire
ill use it for 3wks at 40-60mcg divided into 3parts eday,its a low dose and i shouldnt be placing my body under to much stress even during pct at them doses
im gonna get an appetite enhancer b/c during my last pct i struggled badly to reach normal daily kcal levels post cycle and this should help combat the unfortunate sides to clen
its all trial and error so dont be afraid to find what works for you during pct
proviron is a another compound that ppl like or dislike to use during pct
yes its a mild androgen but i intend to run it at 25mg ed during pct
my last pct i didnt use it and my libido took a dive

clen is a fat loss drug. running a bulking diet and running clen doesnt make sense to me.
in my humble opinion, most of you guys really need to learn about proper diet. not just the usual "eat big - get big" bullshit i hear, but learn what to eat, when to eat it, the benfits, etc. i am really tired of seeing " oh yeah, run that winni, it will cut you up real good" or "yeah, the deca will make you huge". this difference is bulking and cutting is 70% diet - 25% training - 5% gear.
kid - we all know your too young and inexperience for aas as it is but yet you still chose to run a cycle, so why dont you just kepp doing what you want!

during PCT i would run 40-80mcg DAILY (mild tolerable amount) but iwould most likely start mine when PCT is nearly completed for its anticatabolic effect.

i agree about americans always wanting everything right now. but honestly, 90% of the time you can get the answer you need faster than you would by posting a new thread, just by searching for previous threads about the same subject. most of the time you'll get more info this way as well. i just make it a habit to hit the search button first, and then if i don't find the info i need, i finally post a thread.

If your using your clen during PCTsoley for its anticatabolic effects your wasting it IMO. Your post cycle will be over before you begin to notice the anticatabolic effects of clen, it takes a couple weeks to start working on that front.

ehhm I'm 25 dude, I'm 199 7% bodyfar 5'8",this my first cycle was great gained 20 lbs and lost 5 lbs of fat.
the thing is, when I research in some websites I read things like "use clen on PCT, however in the forums people go saying "use a lower dosage than in a usual clen cycle" otheres saying "use the usual 2 on 2 off ", I come to ask here, because this board is the best sourece for AAS information on the web for me, people post a lot of articles and stuff, I lurked for a year in the forums before I decided to create an account and use AAS for the first time.
you don't have to be so harsh, I think is better than make mistakes, I feel everyone in this board is very experienced So I wan to see everybodys opinions

Bump that lola - couldnt a said it better. I tihink guys startin out all wanna bulk but theyre scared of jus lookn fat. A properly planned diet, cycle and training can avoid that if you put in the time to do the research and the dedication to make it happen.
