Acne during pct

ANyone? I am NOT prone to acne....period. Not even during my last cycle and PCT, yet this time around I notice my back is breaking out. Seems strange.

What are you taking? Has your diet changed? Are you getting less sun on your back? (being winter I'm guessing yes)

Ive never been prone to acne when I was a kid, but I get it now sometimes just like your getting them. I heard it's just from your hormones getting whacked out, and when they stabilize the acne will go away. Sometimes mine are the big red deep ones, a real pain in the a**.:D:D

I did my last test shot 1 1/2 weeks ago. I have more breakouts on my face and neck than i did while in the middle of the cycle...doesnt make sense, but thats the way it is. I am also hungry as hell; hungrier than on cycle, and i havent been eating all that well. so that might be contributing to my acne.

Nothing has changed except for 2.5 weeks of standard pct.

i only tend to get them on my back during pct, you have put all that time money and effort in to it and you can't even take your shirt off and feel confident

I'm prone to acne. Ever since I started using tanning beds a couple times a week I have no problems. Plus the chicks love guys with tans :cool:

LOL. dont worry man if your that concerned just do a low-level bed and you will just be a little darker plus acne free. I gurantee you most people won't even notice the color change. Let me ask you this would you rather be a little tanner with no acne or pale with acne?

you guys tan with lotion or no lotion? My skin is already freaking the hell out, so i don't know if i want to irritate it anymore with tanning lotion...

I dont need to use lotion anymore but I use to use it all the time. Some people get really dried up WITHOUT using lotion. Supposely tanning lotion helps keep your skin moist and healthier for indoor tanning. Tanning lotion should not irritate your skin instead help keep your skin in good condition while tanning. Best advice I can give you is go to a salon and they will have you fill out a form asking you questions to see what kind of tanning beds and tanning lotion will best fit your skin tone.
