First Cycle

So im starting my first cycle in may and this is what it's gonna look like, by the way my stats are 5'9 195 pds 13% bf, im 23 years old been working out for 9 years, tell me what you guys think of this cycle.

1-12- iranian test e 250mgs/a wk
1-4- bd dbol 20mgs/a day
9-14-bd tbol 50mgs/a day
1-12-nolvadex 10mgs/a day

will be running milk thistle and and other vitamins through out entire cycle
and taking in 4 to 5 thousand calories a day
pct
14-16-clomid-100/50/50
14-17-nolva-40/30/20/10
clen 2wks on 2wks off

looking to gain 20 pds of lean muscle off this cycle

i would run test E. at 500mgs/week eat like a champ or you will gain nothing!!!!!!!!

My suggestion in PCT. I would lose the clomid and use tribulus. AKA tribex.ect.
IF you are a member of SE you might of read my post on "fairwell to clomid"( or something to that effect).

i have never ran trenabol(i think that is what you stated.) but i have had great results with EQ at 500mgs/wk with test E. or Test cyp. EQ increases apatite and i just like the results i have had with it.

no im not running trenabol im running turanabol, but i guess ill up the test and the dbol and get rid of the clomid and just run the nolva and some trib for pct, thanks for the advice any other comments greatly appreciated.

Yah I dont think you need the clomid either, nolv and tribex will cover you, keep the tes at 500mg/wk and youll be set, eat like a champ, eat alot but eat clean or those lean gains will turn into fatty gains really fast... if you need help with a diet just pm me, or post on here and alot of people will be willing to help you out.

what?! who told you this? both clomid and nolvadex are structurally alike, both very mild estrogens that are highly attracted to the est. receptor, doing so they occupy the receptor and keep it from bindong estrogens. please show me some EVIDENCE before saying such things. and theres no such thing as "developing clomid" please explain this ASAP!!

Yah bumping jstforme, although clomid makes me feel like wearing a skirt and reading cosmo is doesnt raise estrogen levels... who would use an estrogen raising agent for pct? And plz dont day well HCG raises tes/estrogen levels in a 1:1 ratio... I know that shit...

Well i could be wrong but im pretty sure that nolva. is an estrogen blocker used in treatment of breast cancer.
And clomid is a fertilitie drug for females which does raise estrogen and progesterone levels?

ANYONE ELSE KNOW THIS OR AM I FULL OF SHIT?

i found this out when i had gyno and my doctor asked what i was taking i told him. He responded that the gyno was caused by the clomid. THis was only my second cycle and i was not taking any antiestorgens in my pct.

Yes bigrthanur because Nolvadex and clomid are basically a weaker form of estrogen than what your body makes. By attaching to the receptors it blocks the real estrogen. It however is still estrogen unlike femara/arimidex/proviron which actually inhibit or stop aromatisation altogether. They are the better choice because when you use nolvadex it is still estrogen and can inhibit your gains. Nolva and clomid are old school PCT/ side effect treatment.

You know I still use Nolvadex and Clomid sometimes. They just arnt as good as those other newer medicationsfor blocking sides. I still take clomid and nolva for PCT though. Clomid makes your nuts start working agin when the gear is no longer in your system.

ive taken clomid byitself, it made a noticable change in my physiqe, it also increased the size of my testicles, i assumed both of these changes had to have been from a decrease in nateral estrogen, and also a increase in nateral testosterone, the same two things that would cause a women to drop an egg.(clomid is FDA for women who cant get pregnant)
i have also taken nolvadex by itself, and i did not notice a change anywhere, from what the PDR says it binds to estrogen receptors on the mamory gland, i assumed this was all it was doing as i didnt feel it doing anything else.
i no longer use nolvadex, i have no gyno, none,i see no reason to use it unless you have gyno issues, which i mean depending on how much estrogen your body has aromatized, and how many estrogen receptors your mamory glands have, and the affinity the mamory gland has for the estrogen.
i always take clomid when my balls get smaller, because i no it makes them bigger, the smaller they get the harder it is to make them big again, so have learned to take clomid anytime my balls start to shrink. i take it at no set time, i take it as needed
