I will start. I have used Test Prop, Test Cyp, EQ, Winny, Anavar, Clen and ECA. I tolerated the test well at 25-50 mg/W. Really did good at ridding female fat deposits like hips. This may be a surprise to some but Test is naturally occurring in females and is actually tolerated well with controlled dosing. I did get temporary clitoral enlargement but not extreme and it isn't necessarily a bad thing. Not any other viralization to think of. Winny was by no doubt the most harsh and I will never do it again (Deeping of the voice which luckily went away etc). EQ to put on lean body mass and anavar for cutting are by far my favorite.

Hey again!!
Currently on t3 / clen. I am definitely interested in the EQ. Would you say you prefer that over the others?
I help my husband with all his cycles and injections too. But have yet to put much effort into my own!! :p

Don't be sad honey. I used to be totally against steroids...because I was SOOOOOOOOO uninformed. I joined SE two years ago. I owe a lot of my knowledge and understanding to them. And that of course is my link to Alin. Thanks to Alin's cycles and products and service, our experience has been perfect.
I will support you on-line...how's that? ;)

Yes, I love EQ. It will put size on you though. Lean size with some water that will dissipate. Remember everyone is different and EQ has a long ester so I wouldn'd start with more than 25mg for about 4-6 weeks to see how you tolorate it, and I would never go over 50mg a week on it or test. Some girls do 100-150mg of test but I promise you they are neglecting the sides. If you have done any AAS I would suggest Anavar at 5 mg a day and up it to ten if you want. The great thing about us is we can do loooong cycles compared to men. Some even say you never need to come off, but we produce normal hormone levels and need some time to repair. I would keep eq or test short like 12 weeks and Anavar 3mos-6mos. Does this help?
What about the T3? I have been afraid of all the thyroid meds like T2, T3, DNP etc. Clen makes me shake like an old person.

Oh yes. I also have to give Basset his glute shots because he can no longer reach around. He does all the others himself (Delts, Quads he has even hit both biceps, all three Tris, chest, and lat) The funny thing is, he always wants to make love after I give him his shot. I'm not sure want about it turns him on but I do not mind he he

I was nervous about he T3 myself...but so far, I haven't noticed anything but great results...could just be the clen. And YES, clen makes me shake too, but I found that taking it after my bigger meals helps ALOT. I have lost MANY inches and noticeable pounds, but I hit a plataeu and had to change things up a bit. I have even "cheated" on the diet and not seen a set back.

My wife is currently on 10mg var and loving the results. She is solid as a rock and stronger than she has ever been. The first time she ever did it was January in preparation for a trip. We've both used Alin's T3 before with great success. That is definately the stuff you want to take on vaca... It's perfect because you can basically eat what you want and at the end of the trip your actually leaner than you were before you left. ;)

I'll see if I can get her to post. She mainly stays over at professionalmuscle. Not sure what your age is, but she is 41 and built really well.

Hi this is Simone, Kaisers wife. I train 4-5 times per week and target gluts and hams twice a week. I'm 5' 108 and about 12% BF.
Monday - gluts & hamstrings - cardio 30 mins.
Tuesday - Back & Biceps
Weds - Shoulders - cardio 30 mins.
Thursday- Chest & triceps
Friday - full leg workout - cardio 30 ins.
I try to do 4 to 5 sets per exercise, 3 to 4 exercises per body part, and max out at 12 reps. I don't try to lift extremely heavy because I think good form is better than trying to lift heavy and rock all over the place like most people do. If your doing an exercise correctly the weight gets heavy fast. I concentrate on the muscle I'm working on, isolate it and you will feel the difference. I am currently on 10mg of anavar and love the results. I also tried T3 and was shedding fat like crazy. I only took cytomel for 2 weeks then stopped, you will sweat like crazy but its worth it. I am currently waiting for clen and will then cycle T3 and clen for 2 weeks. My husband stress that you must work out while on any type of gear because you do not want any side effects, especially down below. Alin is a wonderful and reliable source. Now about diet, your diet is the key to everything. During the week I eat alot of protein and fat, I limit my carbs. I don't miss carbs because on the weekends I do the reverse and carb load. This works for me so during the week my daily carb intake is between 50-70 grams. I eat between 1200 to 1500 calories daily for my frame. I do not compete, I just want to have the best body I can for as long as I can. This is a life style for me, I love the gym and best of all when you work out hard the results are worth all the sweat and pain.

Very Nice Reply...I agree 100% about proper form. A lot of what you do is very similar to the way I prefer things. I am not a small girl, therefore I have to keep my mind focused on making it look good. At first I wanted to "look" petite. I realized after a while that I am not genetically built for that. SO, rather than work against myself, I will try to enhance what God gave me!!
Thanks for sharing your information...that's cool

I always wanted to be tall and hated being petite, but we have to work with what were given. Not only is your form important in the gym but it's more important outside in the real world. I hate nothing more than see a beautiful girl hunched over with bad posture. I took ballet for 16 years and went to a high school for performing arts, good posture expresses confidence, and people are drawn to that. Be happy with your body and make the best of it, if your happy with it people will notice your hard work and compliment you. Good luck and lets share some work out tips.

Since we both agree about form...you will probably agree with breathing. I see alot of people strive to max out and do not breathe. Their faces turn five shades of purple and the veins in their foreheads protrude about an inch. :( That is one thing my husband had to drill in my head at first...I had a very bad habit of holding my breath. So now, I link the way I breathe with the way I concentrate the muscle...It truly makes a big difference for me!

I had the bad habit of holding my breath also, until I had a mini stroke in the gym at 33 and this was one of the reasons. Spent 5 days in the hospital, that was enough for me. Believe me, now I breath.
BTW, its great to see some ladies get active on here. Good job! We needed a little warmth...

It is great to share information with another chickie as well...but better than that is the fact that you and simone are together. We very rarely see couples in the gym. Where I live, there are a lot of "gym rats"... they go there to sit on the bench and gnaw each others ears about their "respective others"!!...and not in a good way. These people should look like professionals with as much time as they spend there...We have two young boys that like to play in the gymnasium and swim in the pool, so it is a family affair there.
We are fortunate to have a club that is privately owned. You must be 18 years old to apply for a membership!!
