I just finished the OT [over-load training] workout for 6 weeks.
I am presently 2-3 weeks into the German volume training [GVT] routine.
I will complete the GVT in mid-Apr which will correspond with me starting a light 12 week cycle of var/t-bol.

Looking for new routines to keep things fresh?

I am 45 y/o
15% BF
training for on/off for 15 years
Cardio 4-6 times per week
I like 4 day split for weights

perhaps you could switch it up to a HIT routine like mentzer and yates followed.
